"The condo is very pretty, clean and comfortable. It is large enough for the 5 adults and 1 child that we had on this trip. Everything guests need is provided. We love sitting on the balcony watching the river, the humming birds and people watching. We can walk almost everywhere or take the shuttle because of the great downtown location. We enjoy ordering breakfast from Kind Coffee downstairs and bringing it up. Hard to believe we could have found a better place. I think this was our third visit...

"Once we figured out parking we loved it! It was spacious and has a beautiful view of a stream from the master bedroom. It even came with a high chair for our little one. We would recommend this to others. "

"Our family loved our Creekside Condo. It was located right on the river and we enjoyed reading a book on the deck while listening to the river and we also had fun fishing in the river (I think the fish were all hiding since no bites). We look forward to coming back next year. Thank you for our relaxing family trip and home away from home."

"We were there to watch our granddaughter compete in a horse jumping competition at the fair grounds so the location was great for that. There really isn't much of a view and it's a busy area. The sugar canister with the coffee station was filled with salt. yuk!! It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It could use some lamps in the living area. The light over the kitchen sink didn't work. Over all it's a nice place but we prefer something with a mountain view."

"Very well-located and super clean - we were very happy with our stay, mostly. The upstairs bedroom window has a giant crack in it, so we were afraid to try and open it for safety reasons, but thankfully it wasn't a hot weekend, so it wasn't an issue. Some of the other window cranks are similarly damaged and unusable, or the windows were stuck. But the unit is cozy and well situated and obviously the views of the river and experiencing the sound of the river every day was such a treat. Weirdly,...

"We enjoyed our stay at this property especially the beautiful views in several directions. The four bedrooms & bathrooms made getting ready a breeze for our party of nine. Everyone found the beds very comfortable. Parking for our three vehicles was convenient to the front door & the unit was just a short drive to the Beaver Meadow park entrance. Lastly great communication with the property manager. "

"This condo was an amazing place to stay when visiting Rocky Mountain national Park. The decor is beautiful. The beds are super comfy and it’s spotless. The highlight is the hot tub that overlooks the beautiful mountain range. Location is perfect and you’re close to Estes Park as well as Rocky Mountain national Park. I highly recommend."
