"This property is perhaps the best location for access to Rocky Mountain National Park. It is literally the first lodging one encounters after leaving the park on Rt 34. It was so convenient that it was possible to make return trips to the apartment from the park during the day. For convenience, this place is very hard to beat. "The bathroom had blood on side of the tub.The stairs were not safe. At night the bedrooms were incredibly hot at night. No air conditioning in bedrooms and the air conditioning in living area does not make it to the bedrooms"
