"We vacation here for a week to explore the Miami area. The house was clean and for the most part had everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe and mostly quiet and definitely within walking distance from the grove. The only downside was that there was no drawers to put clothing in. Closets are plenty big but it would be nice to be able to have a small dresser inside one of the closets. The area where the house is located is transforming, so there's definitely a wide array of houses and socioeconomic backgrounds, but we never felt unsafe, we walked through the neighborhood, etc. And you can walk to downtown Coconut Grove in 8 minutes, there's a weekend farmer's market that's exceptional that's a 2 minute walk away, etc. Ultimately we would definitely stay here again and we're fairly discerning about...
