"I have to say I waa really surprised at how nice this place was. The only issue for me (being a bigger bloke) was i couldn't fit in the shower as it only has a s.mall opening but I was able to get around ."

"The staff were very helpful & informative. The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. For breakfast, we were offered vegetarian sausages seperately as the buffet did not have any vegetarian sausages. That was very thoughtful of the staff. The room had everything we required, a hairdryer, a fridge (requested earlier), a fan & were able to adjust the heating in the room. The spa facilities were nice & clean."

"el hotel es muy grande y anda mucha gente, pero es muy cómodo. cama tremendamente cómoda. Habitación amplia. SPA bueno para una desconexión al final del día. Desayuno muy bueno. la única pega que a eso de la 1 de la mañana empezó a sonar un ventilador/compresor en el baño que daba una conexión central. por lo demás, como para repetir."

"Arrived at about 2.30 told to wait until 3 before having our which was fair enough, however people arrived a few minutes after us and were given rooms immediately. Couldn't leave our lugfage for a couple of hours on checkout but people checking in early could leave their luggage which baffled me to be honest."

"Parking and check in were easy. We had to request a hair dryer and when that finally arrived we had noticed there was no tv remote control. So had to ask for that as well. The curtains were broken and hanging off the track in several places. The pipes made a squealing noise when the shower was turned on. Also the duvet was stained with red/brown spots (I believe it was laundered), I would expect housekeeping to notice this and discard the bedding with stains. The staff were very friendly and...

"Muy buen hotel con un montón de servicios, piscina, gimnasio, restaurante, bar, etc. Las habitaciones son un poco antiguas, necesitaría una renovación pero en general es lo que se espera de un hotel de 4 estrellas. El único problema que tiene este hotel es el tamaño del parking que es demasiado pequeño y es difícil encontrar aparcamiento para el coche"

"Only stayed for 1 night . Room was clean and staff very friendly . Booked an evening meal too and the food was very good . Only one thing to mention was the mattress could do with an upgrade. "

"It's a pretty setting and the room was clean. They seemd a little short staffed and, although the food was good, the tables were dirty and (bizarrely) the host told us the half empty restuarant was 'fully booked'. When we saw many empty tables, we asked the bar tender if it would be possible to order food and he was happy to oblige! "The hotel was good and clean with the rooms being of a good standard. One or two things could be better. The evacuation details on the back of the door was quite high up and small. This made it very difficult to read as I am only 5ft 6in tall. This became important as around 8.30pm there was a fire alarm. We found our way to the front of the hotel where most of the occupants were gathered. The was no role call to check if we all there. After about half an hour, we were told that it must be a...
