Al, thank you for sharing your experience, we're pleased that the location of our home served you well! That said, we apologize for any areas you found in need of some TLC. To clarify, while the kitchen is stocked with the cookware and utensils needed to prepare a meal, pantry items like oils and spices are not stored in our home for sanitary reasons and we're sorry for any inconvenience. Additionally, our local manager assured us that the bar tool was repaired, the towel rack realigned and tightened and a shovel was delivered to the home. The glider was inspected and found to be operational. We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.
