Perfect jewel box

This was a great spot to stay as a home base while visiting Floyd and our Hokie at VT. We look forward to booking again in the future in the spring, summer or fall when the property can be enjoyed in new ways.

Exactly what we wanted and more

This place was especially curated to look and feel comfortable and amazing. My wife and I will be returning as soon as next month and keep a regular schedule because it was that good!

Cute little clubhouse

The clubhouse was so cozy. Beautiful property. The hot tub was perfect. The hosts were amazing!!! They literally thought of everything! The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Beautiful location

We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, clean and inviting. The owners were easy to communicate with and very helpful. We spent time in the hot tub as the sun went down , it was lovely. I highly recommend this property!!

I like the close proximity of the property to our residence but it was far enough away and perfectly secluded. The property was very clean and modern and also very private. It was absolutely perfect! We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this property. This is our secret getaway and we look forward to returning many times

We mainly picked this property because it had a hot tub. The weather was rainy and cool, but we got in the hot tub anyway. The clubhouse was absolutely adorable, and it had everything that we needed. The grounds around the place were pristine. We enjoyed our one-night stay.

Once again

This is our second time staying at this lovely little cabin and as before: we were blown away at the location. The owners are very receptive and are great at communicating. They made little improvements since the last time we were there and we enjoyed everything.They were thoughtful enough to even leave a little birthday cake for me. Can't recommend this place enough.

Great spot with lots of options!

This was a great spot to relax. They have a really well put-together binder of area recommendations and a trail map of paths on the 12-acre property. It's great to sit out in the swings or down by the pond and enjoy coffee with Jack and Jill, the local goose-couple. The Hot Tub is great for soothing muscles after a day of area hiking and biking. Really, this place has everything. Had a wonderful stay!

Best getaway trip

We had such a wonderful and peaceful getaway trip here this past weekend! The place had stunning views, wonderful hosts, and completely peaceful! We ventured around the property some enjoying what they had to offer before venturing around the nearby areas! Cannot wait to go back! 100% recommend if you’re looking for a little relaxing getaway trip.

This is a fantastic Clubhouse. Everything you need for a nice quiet and relaxing stay. The deck, hot tub and grounds are well maintained. The "little extras" were very nice touch. Drinks in fridge and large hot tub towels. Very clean which appreciate so much. My husband is bringing a fishing pole next time we stay. The pond is loaded with . Great rental.

The Clubhouse is stocked with goodies and ready to go! A nice one bedroom that is cozy and well located for you exploration of the mountains and rivers of southern Virginia. Easy and convenient! Enjoy your visit to the Clubhouse!

What an amazing stay. We had an absolutely lovely time and the owners clearly spent alot of time and energy curating a beautiful space. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hottub and exploring the on property hiking trails! A beautiful quaint spot, and well worth the price... no regrets at all, other than accidentally breaking the tire swing... Whoops! I guess we aren't little kids anymore!

Come for the hot tub, stay for the views.

The clubhouse was a quiet little retreat with all the comforts you need for a tranquil getaway. We spent the weekend here for our anniversary and it was more than we could have hoped for. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The property is peaceful and the views are stunning. We didn't want to drag ourselves out of the hot tub, but it was also such a nice place to just walk and breathe and relax.

Beautiful property with a hot tub!

We stayed here for a night and it is convenient from Floyd. It is a cute studio on peaceful property. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Their house is also on the property but we still had privacy. We loved the hot tub and deck area. Would recommend!

Wonderful, quiet & great location

We had so much fun in Floyd and it was made even better by coming back to this adorable one room house in the evening. It was convenient to Floyd and several vineyards. And it was lovely to hop in the hot tub and look at the stars after a day of shopping, eating and sipping wine. Everything was clean and the owners were very responsive when we had questions. They even left us some goodies for our anniversary! Would highly recommend this property!

Relaxing clubhouse in perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay! The clubhouse was perfect, the property was so nice & the hot tub was the best. We had never been to this part of Virginia & we loved our time in & around Floyd!! Pamela did so much to make our stay even better - letting us know we could check in early or late in needed, great hits of things to do in the area, complimentary snacks & drinks, easy to follow instructions, quick responses & so much more! We loved our stay & will come back!! We have been on many weekends away in VA - but this was the best to date! And the best VRBO we have stayed at for the price!!!
