Excelente ubicación, una zona muy segura y limpia, cerca de La Estación Central de trenes, metro, tranvías y autobuses. Mi habitación estaba en un piso 20, por lo que pude observar gran parte de la ciudad desde mi habitación. Cuenta con cocineta, refrigerador y la TV está separado del dormitorio, lo cual es muy conveniente. El desayuno es fresco, basto y de buena calidad. Cuenta con bicicletas para renta. Yo repitiré en ese hotel para siguientes visitas a Copenague

There was a full kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher) with all the necessities. That’s definitely a plus, especially if travelling with kids.

The property was brand new and modern. While conveniently located near the metro, it was very challenging to find. I also asked for toiletries to be filled and staff didn't follow through on the request. Overall, I was satisfied by this stay, but not wowed by it. That said, I would stay here again.

Room had dust bunnies in corner, and the lack of washcloths was not great. Other than that, it is a very centrally located hotel—easy access to public transport and plenty of hot water.

We had a comfortable stay at Locke, but it would have been perfect if they cleaned the room at least one during the stay and if there was more counter space in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The A/C didn't go lower than 20 degrees celsius, and it didn't feel strong enough. It might get too hot in the room in hotter months. Love the soundproofing when the windows are closed. Loved having laundry in the property.

Overall, nice hotel! However, definitely a self serve property, room isn’t cleaned unless you’re staying there 7+ days, it’s in a hidden location (cab drivers find it difficult to locate as well as food delivery drivers, so we had to meet them at a nearby cafe) and outside is quite noisy during the night as it’s near train tracks. Staff are friendly when interaction happens. It is in a central location to get around to attractions, shops and cafes, it’s just hard to locate when it’s your first time visiting! It’s also near Nimb which has an amusement park (Tivoli Gardens). Food is nice, I recommend the chicken wrap!

A new establishment, staff were super friendly, couldnt do enough for you. They let me store my bags nearly a whole day as I had a late flight. There is a restaurant, bar, cafe onsite. The area outside the hotel is still being fitted out so I am looking forward to the new establishments coming soon which will make the surrounding lively. The location is really really convenient, right by the Central Station. Window glazing is super, can't hear any of the train noises. Room is spacious, two floor to ceiling windows with views to the city, bridge, and canal. Everything was clean and comfortable. Location on Google Map however is not right as it brings you the longest way possible around. Easiest would be to walk through the central station through the platforms and take the stairs up at the end of the platform.

The real strength of this hotel is definitely its staff. When we booked, we were aware that the railway was nearby and expected some noise because of it. However, our room was directly facing the tracks, and the noise was quite significant. Since we were staying for 10 nights, we decided to take a chance and asked if another room on the other side of the building might be available. The staff immediately upgraded us and even offered us a choice between two larger, better-equipped rooms. We weren’t expecting that at all, and it was extremely appreciated. One recommendation I would make is to add coffee machines with capsules in the rooms, as well as a toaster in the kitchen. Housekeeping is only done once a week. However, as with many new buildings, dust tends to accumulate quickly. I would suggest offering cleaning services at least twice a week. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It is very nice, very clean, and ideally located just steps from the central train station.

Incredible rooms. I stayed in City view. Modern designs. Very friendly staff. A little weird to locate but after 2 times you get the hang. 10-14 minute walk from Tivoli and all the shops/restaurants. 2 restaurants closeby. 100% would stay here again.

Lovely hotel, the check in and check out process is so easy and quick! Stayed for 3 nights and would definitely come back. Roughly a 5 minute walk to the station and metro so is super convenient. Tivoli gardens is so close so it’s perfect for staying until the park shuts in the evening and only a 5 minute walk back!
