This is a shared house. I hit it lucky and no one else came in, but I realize I could have ended up sharing the one bathroom with up to four other people.The bed is uncomfortable and sags badly. The TV doesn’t work and the overhead light flickers. The refrigerator and freezer and kitchen sink were downright dirty. The owner did give me a small refund on the cleaning fee which I have no evidence of as of now, but she said she did that. I would say my dog liked the yard which was completely fenced, but In terms of my own comfort I would not recommend. Not a good value for the price, especially if other renters had come in. towa
