"They property was exactly as described. I gave a good only because you could hear the tenants upstairs walking around and a child screaming down the hall a lot. Pam has no control over those things. What she can control was great"

"Lovely property in old historic building. It was decorated beautifully, and gets an A in cleanliness. It would be nice to have a couple of hooks to hang clothes since there is no closet. The loft bed was great, but as an older person, it would be nice to have a grab bar in the wall by the bed as you climb into it. Also, a couple of folding luggage racks to hold suitcases so they would not have to be on the floor. It was the perfect place for our two day stay and I would definitely stay...

"Nice place. Scary old bridge to cross to get to the property. Very private setting, well maintained. Back porch had a wasp nest & should be sprayed. Entrance to cabin had a 2-3” lip & created a tripping hazard. Maybe a strip of reflective tape could prevent a fall"

"This was a great location for us with dogs. It was secluded and they were able to run. Everything was clean and cozy. The bed was great. We were about 30 minutes from Watkins Glen but the entire town is pet friendly so there was no back and forth. We had an absolutely relaxing time. Can’t wait to come back!!"

"Shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom was too short and water was splashing all over the floor. We laid towels down to remedy the situation. Both bathrooms needed the shower curtains replaced as they were very gross. Half of the jets in the hot tub did not work. There was no dishwasher but that was on me since I just assumed there would be one. Other than that the place smelled new when we walked in and the pavilion was AMAZING! Beds were comfortable. We loved the place and enjoyed...

"Quiet, cozy home. The house was very clean and accommodating when we arrived. There were many thoughtful things left for our use if needed. Including kitchen and bathroom items. Plenty of games and movies around to keep us entertained. Everything you would need for showers and bedding and it was clean and ready to use. The beds were very comfortable. The pictures do a great job depicting what is available but what you don't know is how quite and peaceful it is there. The neighbors are friendly...
