"Decent hotel that of course is going through some transformation at the moment. The room is on the small side. I stayed here for work and there isn’t even a desk and chair to do work from so I had to work from the bed which was not great. "

"We came for a family night away to celebrate a birthday and we really found the hotel to be relaxed and friendly from the minute we got there. Our room was clean and within minutes of checking in staff came in with a basket and bowls for our dog. "We stayed in one of the green wing family rooms. Overall the room size was spacious and ample space for two adults with 2 toddlers. But the sofa bed which is meant for two kids, was absolutely shocking, the sofa bed had seen better days, and it dipped and Mattress was thing as paper, not comfortable for anyone to sleep on. These rooms don’t have air con, but the fan they supply to the room of this size is a table top desk can, 15cm in height. Overall on the face it, it was a well maintained...

"The room was lovely and bed supper comfy but then that would be expected as the room was expensive for what it was. Some biscuits with tea and coffee would have been nice. The toilet paper was very cheap quality which surprised me. Shower was fabulous and a good size. Tv was great quality and massive too.
