The staff was awesome the rooms were clean and tidy. The pillows well it was like there was no pillow under your head. The humidifier had mold in the water pan. Other than that I give it 4 stars. The staff get 5+ stars.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cookeville by IHG
There is no drinking water in the hotel, and I am not demanding free water, I buy it without any problem, but there is none.

New Downtown Cookeville Living at Cedar Station
This was a magnificent place, great location downtown, and very easy communication with host. Will return.
