"asked for a pillow and they never brought it; there was no internet or signal, and it didn't look clean. The soap was tiny, and there was no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. The place is nice—but only the ground floor/reception area; the coffee area was the best part. The staff was unfriendly."

"Nice place for a one night stay. We arrived very late at night after midnight and have to leave early in the morning. The staff gave clear instructions on where our room was located and and where the keys were, as they do not have 24/7 service."

"The directions to the property were awful and confusing. It took longer than it should ha e to find the correct cabin. "Rustic" is correct; the ground can be seen through the floorboards, light comes in the front door. We only had electricity, water, heat, and wi-fi (the only communication option) ..."
