Dee greeted us at the reception and was so friendly and helpful. We were offered a shuttle bus into the centre of town whenever suited us and did just that. No welcome or smile. I said my surname, he said my 1st name. Handed me key & pointed us to room. Told me to leave key in room on leaving. And that was the total amount of conversation. Very poor.
