It was okay

The house was beautiful, the neighborhood was peaceful, and the amenities seemed promising; however, the listing mentions a hot tub which this home does not have. They also listed a fire table, which did not work. And there was not a propane tank in the patio heater. The home was also dirty. We left a sealed box of donuts on the counter and by morning, they were crawling with bugs. Bathrooms and bedrooms were dirty and did not seem like they’d been cleaned prior to our arrival. Lots of crumbs on the floors, corners had cobwebs and other dirt. Upstairs toilet had not been flushed when we arrived. The upstairs had a strong odor, which got worse throughout our trip. The beds were comfortable, though sheets did not seem to fit, and kept coming off. The pool was nice, and we enjoyed laying out in the afternoons. Rental properties should be held to a higher standard, and this property fell short. The location was nice, 20 minutes from both NMB and MB, though we would not book this house again.

Property did not have a hot tub as listed. The furniture in the tv room was worn and not as listed. The kitchen furniture was stained. The house was not clean.

Labor Day Weekend

Wonderful space. Allowed for an Early Check-In. Great communication. Fantastic outdoor area by the pool. Kids wanted to stay in all the time. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room in the house and able to separate from kids at night for adult time. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything Tyrone. 😁

Awesome Property and Host

The property is very nice and has a great backyard for events and evening activities. Conveniently located about 15 minutes from Broadway At The Beach and Myrtle Beach. This is our second time renting this house and we highly recommend it. The host is very responsive and attentive to guests. Will definitely go back next time we visit Myrtle Beach.

Convenient and modern

The beds were comfy, and appliance all modern. Couches in the family room were heavily worn on the arms but pics made look new. Pool was awesome. Fire pit did not work.

Just what we needed

The place was clean upon arrival. Checkin was easy. The house maintained cool while we were there. The pool was clean and the outdoor area is very well setup and maintained. We spent most of our time by the pool. We did have a few ants in the kitchen very tiny ants. We squashed them whenever we saw them. They were in no way all over. Pretty random actually . We cooked most days and the kitchen had what I needed. Drove down to the beach which was only about 20 minutes. The trash was due to go out the night we arrived and the host came and pulled it to the street and we appreciated that. We were very pleased overall and would return!

My stay

House is beautiful and well kept. Pool was great except for the trees dropping leaves and small sticks in it. Being able to use the grill to cook was good. I personally found that I like being closer to the ocean. Thank you Ty for everything that you did.

Best rental experience ever!

If you're looking for a place that has EVERYTHING, THIS IS IT!!! This house is beautiful! It's even better than the pictures. We had a tropical storm, so the weather wasn't all that great until our last day which we are so thankful for. Even though the weather wasn't the best, it didn't stop our fun. We were able to hang out in the huge backyard or sit on the very large porch. The card games that are in the house were awesome and gave us plenty of entertainment, we didn't even get through all the different decks. Other places we found that we needed to purchase cooking utensils, things to use the grill, dishes, spices, etc....not this house, it had everything we needed and then some! The property owner was VERY responsive and FRIENDLY! He even came to the house to bring us flashlights when the power went out and had a smile on his face! I have NEVER had this type of friendly hospitality when renting a place on vacation. I can't say enough good about this place! Rent this beautiful and spacious property and I guarantee you won't be disappointed either. Thank you Tyrone!!!

Excellent Stay

The website description was accurate and explained the location well. My wife and I enjoyed the pool since we have 4 boys it was more enjoyable to have family time by the private pool instead of going to a public pool. The location was a short drive to any entertainment and the beach. We went for a baseball tournament and the location was less than 30 minutes away from the three different parks we had to play at. We would recommend to anyone for a family trip that does not care to be on the beach.

Wonderful stay

The accommodations were beautiful, very spacious and big house with a private pool. I went with my two sisters, and we had a great time. The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe. It had all the utensils you would need for making breakfast lunch or dinner. The only thing it needs is a thorough spring cleaning. The Main bedroom needs a closet or bureau for your close.

Excellent choice for a private family get-away!

This house was amazing! Clean and private dwelling. Low outside noise and the pool..soothing. Media room was great for the young adults and had room enough for older adults to communicate elsewhere. Close enough to Myrtle Beach and far enough from the downtown noise. The host made himself available at all times (quickly) via text or mobile. Prayerfully, making this an annual Family Trip. A must visit. You won't be sorry.

Great vacation!

My family really enjoyed the house and especially the large pool! Very convenient to everything and getting places was nice on the back roads! Just a few personal preferences we would have liked are ceiling fans and tv's in all bedrooms, a working ceiling fan in the kitchen and more forks and spoons. All in all, we had a blast!

Great Place to stay

My family had a great stay in this house. The owner was great at answering questions and offering to help with any needs that we had. Very spacious and beautiful house. Only negatives were no tvs in the 2 upstairs bedrooms, floors were not cleaned well, and the pool water had too much chlorine in it. Overall a great, quiet place to stay.

Conway SC Vacation

We all enjoyed our week at the house in Conway SC. Tyrone made us feel welcome and the house couldn’t be more beautiful!! The pool was absolutely perfect, I have rheumatoid arthritis in both knees and was able to get in and out of the pool easily!! All of our needs were met from the kitchen & all the utensils to the awesome shower in the master bath!! Thank you for having us, we look forward to returning!!

Unsure if property was ready to be rented??

There was food in the frig….food/spices in cabinet….bacon wrapped in plastic in drawer of frig….bag of laundry on top of dryer unsure if clean or dirty….workers came 2nd day to install outdoor bar top…..unable to use as they did not finish….grill did not work not even hooked up…prop mgr brought a new grill but we had to cook inside….floors in home were not clean, when walking around barefoot in home your feet got filthy. Outdoor furniture covered and unusable due to being covered in leaves. Etc…seemed as though not ready to be rented or at least should have been discounted but it was not…..very disappointed!!
