"Two hours upon checking in we were told the hot tube was broken. We had booked this house because of this amenity! No effort was made to have it fixed during the stay! I asked for 300 refund in regards to this offer the price! Magically now she don’t respond! Shower had dirty rags left behind with hair! The garage and pool were our favorite places to hang out around the house. The house had ample beds to sleep in and was relatively clean.
