Perfect location! You can see the beach from the front yard and it’s a block away-as are coffee and the boardwalk. Very easy space for kids and a great fenced yard for the four-legged family. Well stocked spices and a bbq grill, outdoor seating and lots of spots to sit and sleep inside made for a very comfortable stay!

The house is surprisingly spacious. We felt very comfortable, including our dog, who loved the large, fenced yard. Three separate showers and televisions in each of the five bedrooms stood out. Great location, as we walked five minutes to the impressive beach.

Great House, Great Location

We had an amazing stay at the property. The house slept our group comfortably, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the weekend. The proximity to the beach was great, and we loved having plenty of food options within walking distance. One of our favorite parts was the backyard fire pit — it was perfect for gathering in the evenings and made for some great memories. David was an awesome host, incredibly communicative, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great house for our group. Everyone fit comfortably and the three bathrooms were a big plus. Also a plus were the washer and dryer after our days at the beach. Good location with walkability to many attractions and restaurants.

The location of this property just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and activities, yet a bit away from the busiest hustle and bustle is ideal. The host was very prompt in replying to questions and addressing any issues throughout the reservation process and during our stay.

Beautiful Property

This property was nothing short of amazing. Very close to all the restaurants that you would love to try and various shopping and other family activities. We had a blast. The host was very accommodating and responsive. It was perfect for our large group. I cant wait to book again for future stays!

Myrtle Beach

The cleanliness of this place was awful. When I contacted the host, he offered to have someone come clean for us, I declined because we didn’t want anyone interfering with our stay and gave to either leave our items in the house or wait there for them to clean. This was not a one time kiss on cleaning. There were 2 pair of women’s DIRTY underwear, awful stained sheets, dead bugs on towels and on the floor…dirt around baseboards, I don’t know the last time it was cleaned/vacuumed. Bathtub had stained and a disgusting mat in it that was filthy. The yard had leaves and garbage all over the patio, we didn’t use it like we would have liked because it was so messy. I would absolutely never recommend anyone ever staying here and if I could have found a place for all of us (13) people I would have left immediately. I took pictures from when we got there and messed we found daily. We have rented places before here and after and I’ve never experienced anything like this and I hope I never do again.

Volleyball State Tournament

We stayed at David's place while in Myrtle Beach for a tournament. The location was excellent and the accommodations were even better than the detailed description in the listing. David was proactive making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay.
