"When I checked in, the nice lady at the desk told me my reservation was listed under a different person. I showed her my reservation, my itenary #, all of the info she requested. She told me Expedia did not send the info to them correctly so she would not check me. She did offer me a room with a discount for the bluder but hiked up the price $100 more than the expedia reservation. This is a terrible adminstrative process, she blamed me for not calling their front desk to check if they received...
