"The hotel staff are friendly and do a good job making you feel welcomed. Since this is not a big hotel, the office is closed on the weekends and evenings. I reported some issues that were immediately addressed, minus them cleaning the dead bugs behind the bed (I wouldn’t have found them if there were available outlets.)
