The pre-checkin process was lengthy and the system as not super user friendly but the property managers were extremely responsive and helpful. They bent over backwards to address our questions and requests! "

"Great location. Great responses from management. Unfortunate that I had to call back and forth a number of times at checkin trying to find the right "lockbox" which was inconspicuous around a dark corner. Also circuit breaker blew when toasting, and the box was hidden behind a wall textile."

"We were pleased with our stay, everything was as advertised and we enjoyed the views, the hot tub, and the nearby restaurants. Only complaint is we that we wanted an additional parking spot but could not have more than one, we wanted to pay for one but it wasn't possible. "

"The apartment is in an old office building. It's spacious and clean but the ceilings are low and stained. Although our unit door locked, the back outer door of the building had a broken lock, and our door had no peep hole to see anyone who came in. There appeared to be an unhoused person sleeping right outside of the front of the building. There are cameras around the building but there was no lighting in the parking lot and it was pretty dark. "

"Provisions Cafe is a 10/10, access to the ferry is a 5 minute walk. Only negative is there no market close. House is homey feel ready with easy access and good secure feel. Property Manager was in constant communication and ready to fulfill any and all needs. Very receptive to constructive criticism to help improve experience. Overall this rent a 10/10 and would recommend."
