Cute one bedroom cottage in Albany

  • Alquilar su propia casa 1 dormitorio en la parte trasera de una casa linda en Albany. La casa ha sido completamente renovado con nuevos armarios de cocina, granito, completamente nuevos muros acabado de imitación con techos abovedados. Una nueva mano de nogal raspó el suelo de madera con una sensación de una antigua casa de campo de tiempo. Viene con su propio BAÑO PRIVADO, una habitación más bien pequeña que contiene una cama capitanes con cuatro cajones. El dormitorio y el baño están alicatados. Viene con cocina bien equipada, 49 pulgadas 4K TV con muchos servicios de streaming de Netflix y libre. cama capitanes tiene cuatro cajones y también hay un pequeño cofre de cinco cajones de cajones en el dormitorio. Completamente privado y separado de la casa donde vivo electrónico. Cómoda cama en el dormitorio, pero es una habitación muy pequeña, así que no hay espacio para salir de la cama excepto gatear sobre la cama y también la cama es más alta que una cama normal, así que me han dicho que los mayores no pueden esto muy bien y un sofá cama muy cómodo en la sala de estar. Convenient, affordable, great for a visit to the city. Comfortable beds. Kitchen and appliances were easy to use for meals, with access to coffee and cooking supplies. I recommend some fresher spices and condiments. Overall, it was great and Robin was very friendly and communicated well with us.

The space was perfect and had everything I needed for a weekend stay. Instructions for checking into the space were easy to follow. It was within short walking distance of a lot of things and a short drive to several beach/hiking parks. This worked really well for two people and I can see it working for a group of 4 with the loft area (we did not use) and the pull out couch in the living room. The kitchen was stocked with essentials and I was able to make morning coffee with the items stocked. Overall great little place to stay and use a s a jumping off point or a fun staycation.

This place was perfect! The use of the space is super efficient and feels open and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. There was even some cream and oat milk in the fridge, which was a MAJOR win for me. I always have to get myself cream for my coffee when I go to rentals. It was an easy walk to lots to do on Solano Ave. I would 100% stay here again.

Cozy and peaceful

What a wonderful place to stay, in a charming Albany neighborhood. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking needs. Definitely would stay here again!

This is a very cute cozy house with lots of interesting art and decorations. The bathroom sink was beautiful!I greatly appreciated was that our host was ok with us having a few folks over. For those who attended it worked well and we were all comfortable. It is in an amazing location, all kinds of wonderful restaurants and shops on Solano Avenue which the house is half a block from. We would come back here again!

A little gem in Albany! The back house on this property is a cute little cottage with wonderful art and lots of nice amenities. So cute. We will definitely stay for longer if we have the opportunity in the future. Also the location is amazing; it was walking distance from the restaurant we ate at, Chez Mansour. Robin was a very responsive host which was helpful. We found the main guest bed comfortable but didn't try the loft bed. The kitchen seemed well equipped. The decor was lively and of diverse origin and there were some intriguing books. We didn't use the patio but it looked cute. Thank you, Robin!

Great neighborhood

We love d the location near the Solano Avenue with lots of local shops. perfect for 3-4 people. Kitchen was well stocked. Robin, the manager, was friendly: checked on us to make sure we are doing OK and even let me borrow one of his bikes.

Very charming one bedroom with loft! We were two adults and 5 kids. We had a comfortable one-night stay and everything we needed was provided. My teen daughter slept with me in the main bedroom. My husband took the pull out couch and my son and nephew took the loft bed. We were a little worried about air circulation in the unit because there's only one window that you can open with a screen. At night we placed a fan in the kitchen window and turned the fan on in the main bedroom and left the bathroom doors open for air circulation and cooling and it worked perfect! We left a clothing item behind and they contacted us that same day to let us know. We were able to retrieve the item. We were very comfortable! Great location and easy access to a variety of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
