Nice home

We had a family vacation of 15 people. This house worked out great for us. Everyone had enough room to sleep. There are 8 full beds in the bunk room & restroom. Each bunk had its own power source. Only con was not enough air circulation but we brought fans that help keep it cool. The 2 bedrooms downstairs were very clean and roomy. They stayed cool all day. Restrooms are big and clean too. All beds are firm & comfortable. Kitchen has everything you could think of. Loved the screen back porch & watching the deer. Less than 8 min drive to the 3rd crossing where all the water was. Would def recommended this place and would return again.

Spacious house

We loved this place! The only thing I would recommend is to bring fans because it doesn’t cool off well but if you have fans it’s great! It is close to the floats! We had a huge group and it was very fitting for us all!

Frio trip before school starts

Overall great house for two families. Lots of living area and space. But would recommend bringing your own pillows. Was fun to look at the deer on the property.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay with another family. House was fully equipped with everything we needed, beds were firm, house was clean, extra frig on back porch was nice bonus but didn’t cool all that great (to be expected with June Texas heat that weekend). Check in and check out was very easy.

Highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised when we pulled up in front of the house it was well represented by its photos. The kitchen was completely stocked with high end gadgets and cookware. Both bedrooms downstairs had their own nice bathroom the beds were very comfortable. The bunk room was very impressive all of the beds had full-size mattresses on them, it would be a great place for large families. The location was very close to hippie chicks outdoor bar and restaurant which was very nice and very close to the river. I would go back again.

Heart Rock

The house is beautiful and even nicer than the pictures show. The location was great and the outside area was perfect for cornhole and grilling. The kitchen was perfect with the large bar area. We had a large party with us (3 families) and there was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of parking. My only complaint is regarding the linens. First, the listing didn’t mention that linens weren’t included and I only found out when I read the contract after making the reservation and making a payment. I opted to pay an additional linen fee for sheets, pillowcases and towels but once we arrived we found that we were only given flat sheets to use in place of fitted sheets for all 10 beds. I was advised that fitted sheets weren’t available through the company which handled the linens. It would have been nice to know up front so we could have made other arrangements to bring proper bedding. Also the quality of the linens (both sheets and towels) is very poor. Basically low hospital quality. Bottom line… the house was wonderful and I would highly recommend but I wouldn’t suggest paying for the linens. Just bring your own.

Lovely spot not far from all the Concan action

My family joined two other families (10 of us in all) for Memorial Day weekend and fun on the Frio. This is a beautiful house with plenty of room for kids to run around, big meals to be prepared and enjoyed, and a fire pit out back to enjoy s'mores, a cold beer, and a sky full of stars above you. Nanette and the Frio Fun team were great to work with, as well. We will consider staying at Heartrock again!

Beautiful home with plenty of room for outdoor fun

This home is located on River Road with both Andy's and the second crossing easily accessible. The kitchen had everything we could need and the sleeping accomidations were exceptional too. The teens enjoyed the front patio and fire-pit. I would definitly look into staying here in the future.
