"We were greeted with a handshake which is always a good start. Our hosts, Neil and Rosemarie were welcoming and eager to make sure our stay was a good one. "We cannot doubt that there was a lovely view from the back of the grounds overlooking the golf course. Unfortunately, it appears that the hotel itself is more of an afterthought to the golf amenities. Rooms are very dated and certainly in need of renovation. Bath robes not included in the room which proved tricky trying to get to the pool and back as you don’t want to put your clothes over a partially wet body that wants to just jump in the shower back in the room.
