"The house is great but the thermostat was set on 85 degrees during the day and 75 at nite it was hot the owner come out to repair it but when he left it was hot i dont think we will stay there again itcwas 100 degrees outside cant do it "

"We had an amazing time and enjoed our stay at this location, the house was well kept, spacious and area was nice and quiet. Would recommend it to anyone wanting tonspend time in the Rio Grand Valley. The Manager was very nice and lives right next door which was very convenient. 5 stars all day long!"
