    The garage is set up for gaming, providing a fun space for everyone to enjoy.

    Off-street parking is available in the driveway for your convenience.

    Laundry Facilities:
    A washer and dryer are available in the laundry room, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh during your stay.
    Guest access
    You'll be able to access all aspects of this 4-bedroom house minus a supply closet that will be locked for our cleaner.
    Other things to note
    ★This is a new property and does not show in Google Maps yet.
    ★Pets must be approved prior to booking. Dogs allowed ONLY.( NO CATS, BIRDS, HAMPSTERS, MICE, OR ANY OTHER PETS of any kind.)
    ★Pet rent is $25 per pet per night.
    ★Any unauthorized pet will incur a $250 fine per per in addition to the pet rent fee.
    ★There is a $15 additional guest fee per guest after the 4th guest which is automatically included if guest booked for a correct number of guests. If the additional guests will be added after booking, the platform will recalculate and add the additional guest fees.

    ★★Early check-in/Late checkout maybe available for an extra cost.

Perfect weekend stay

This was my families first time staying at a bnb and omg it was perfect, everything was so clean and organized. They provided everything from towels to utensils and I will definitely be booking again.

This home was amazing! We made some wonderful memories at this home. The pool was amazing and the bedrooms and home were so well appointed. We will be back.

Nice big house

I enjoyed staying in a nice clean house with space for everyone. They had tons of things for babies. Only improvement would be some extra toiletries.

The house is real echoey which exacerbates all noise... but other than that, it's a really nice place, it's clean and has great amenities. Recommended!

Perfect home with a pool

We had planned to stay here for a few days to spend time with family that lives nearby. We had all age groups (senior citizens, children from 8-12 years old, and in between). Lots of pool fun. The host was responsive and accommodating to extending our stay due to unforeseen weather delays.

Nice place

The neighborhood is pretty new. We came to stay there to go get dental work in Nuevo Progresso. It is about 15 minute drive from the border. The best part about this house is the pool. I love having a private pool. We usually stay in hotels. I already gave the owner feedback about the place and they were very easy to get in contact and checked on us regularly. We will definitely stay there again!

Great experience

The was exactly how it is listed, tons of space and very well cared for home. Beds were comfortable and furniture was perfect! I would highly recommend this for you. It’s only 10 -15mins from Harlingen or McAllen. No issues or complaints. Host also very efficient at communication.

Weekend Stay

The stay was great, great property, great neighborhood only had one issue which was with the pool. We did have consistent communication with the property manager unfortunately I guess being due to the weekend we weren't able to get the pool cleaned and we were not able to use the pool during our stay. The host has reached out to us to help us receive a refund for some of the inconvenience and we are deeply appreciative of that. Overall good stay could have been better but it was still good. Will definitely use again in the future.

The outside of the property was dirty and not kept clean, entry and back patio were dirty, pool wasn’t clean was filthy bugs, spiders, grass and dirty in the pool, the neighbor dumped fish in the street which then there was a disgusting fish smell, over all the inside of the property was nice and had everything we needed for our stay.
