"What a beautiful cottage in a fantastic location. The owners were very quick to reply to any queries that we had and we so helpful...thank you so much. The cottage itself is beautiful, plenty of space but so cosy and with a real fire. The kitchen contains everything you could wish for. Both bedrooms are really comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and has a great shower. We will definitely be returning. "

"Started out disappointed as rented the ENTIRE property. This is not the case - you have shared kitchen with CCTV. Finished disappointed as accused of having child and making a racket. They forgot to check when we left and CCTV cameras - we weren’t even there. As for room - when we arrived heating was not going - they promptly got to fix issue. Room was lovely but hair on bed and floor - not ours! Location is very central- so good "

"First impressions Cromford Road a very dangerous and noisy road . Several health and safety issues.Scaffolding in the front and rear of property No keys to get out back of house. However on the whole the property met our needs. Lovely bedrooms kitchen ,bathrooms and sitting room . The games room was ideal for my grandchildren."

"Picked this cottage due to it's proximity to family members and the places we wanted to visit in the White Peak. Apart from being a well maintained, clean and cosy place, we were particularly impressed by the little touches such as the welcome pack of wine and snacks, the amply stocked kitchen and almost everything we would expect at home but not always in a rental property. In short, comfortable, cosy and clean. Excellent!"

"Room 8- the bathroom had a bit of a strange smell. This is just a comment, no a complaint. The main door doesn't always close properly. These are just little things- overall very good."
