Stayed 5 nights for our son’s basic training. Loved how close it was to Fort Benning. Also enjoyed the pool. And there was plenty of room for all of us in this 4 bedroom house.

We were told two days prior to arrival that the home we chose was uninhabitable but they did offer us two alternatives. We chose the White House with the pool. Only the downstairs of the home had central air. The upstairs had wall units for air conditioning, and was insufficient cooling the area. The upstairs bathroom had a hole near the tub in the wall. The the door of the downstairs bathroom was swollen and difficult to close and the handle was falling off. The kitchen had a stove that was very temperamental and difficult to regulate heat. There is no dishwasher.. as far as cutlery there was only 12 forks and two spoons. The refrigerator wobbled and was unlevel, we put cardboard underneath the refrigerator to stabilize it. The home has a cottage attached to it, and the yard, and the pool were shared by those occupants. We were aware that there would be other people on the property.. the outdoor patio is a hazard. There are several boards that were popping up and if you stepped on them would move. The grills were in poor shape. In the bedrooms, we were given either a fitted sheet or the top sheet, but not both to each bed and in one bed the comforter did not even go over the bed and the sheet was the wrong size. The two of the ceiling fans in the bedrooms would wobble if they were used all in all the property served our purpose, but it’s in great need of repair.

Weekend Getaway

Booking with this rental property/rental company was very simple. They also answered any questions in a timely manner. However, pictures were a little decieving for this rental. The landscaping was not up to par. Also, the AC went out during the middle of our stay. It did get resolved but took an entire day for the house to cool down. Overall the rental worked for our needs

Turning blue ceremony Graduation

Fist thing first the host was amazing kept in contact through my whole process to assure that we were comfortable the location is perfect a short ride to base the neighborhood was nice and quiet it’s definitely a great place the pool was amazing and they even had floats and a bbq grill I must say it was a very enjoyable stay the only complaint my kids had was no tv in the room but they said because they loved the pool they still give 5 stars and I would definitely book again

Needs repairs

Floors were sinking soggy floor boards. No broom or any cleaning supplies. Hand soap was filled with water not enough soap to make suds! We enjoyed the pool. Nice to have so many beds for our big group. Would never stay again desperately in need of repairs. Not near enough towels for everyone.

Great location

We stayed for our sons army graduation and the property was perfect for the 14 of us..there was plenty of room and and the pool just topped the cake and made it fun. We didn't have to go out to have fun because of the pool but the location was perfectly centered with everything around..would recommend to anybody and would definitely stay again

Great property for a team of high school golfers

House was clean and AC worked great. Comfortable beds. The pool was very clean and the owners are very easy to deal with. Great experience.

Possum was an extra guest

This house was filthy except for the linens and towels-hair on bathroom and kitchen floors. There was ground in food on carpet in bedroom and under refrigerator that had leaked into kitchen floor. The second night we were there a POSSUM got into the house somehow and climbed into the sleeper sofa. The property manager told me not to worry that they weren’t aggressive!! They were nice to send a critter control tech with a trap the next morning which stayed behind the couch for the rest of our visit: The flies and mosquitos are terrible bc of creek right behind the house. The windows were completely filthy and there was a terribly maintained kitchen and cooking equipment-pots were put back inside cabinets with burned food inside. The property manager was responsive and sent a Walmart delivery of pot holders and measuring cups. The bathroom floors looked like a gas station-stained and broken tile and smelled like urine. I will never rent from this group again. They were nice to communicate with but this property was not acceptable and there was no effort to reimburse me for any of the above inconveniences.

Great Family Fun

We met up with family. The home was perfect for enjoying family. The house is conveniently located near a Walmart and other grocery/drug stores. Really enjoyed the home and look forward to the next visit.
