I read the "guidance" on the refrigerator about the star ratings, and I believe I am being judicious with the 3. Nice enough place, but two main, one extremely key, issues. First was not having any viable video streaming other than searching Roku on our own. But, somebody left Apple TV signed-into, so it was inconvenient, but ok. The key issue was the bedsheets -- cheap and flimsy and popped off the mattress a number of times -- I really should not to have to remake a bed at all, let alone more than once. So, lots of niceties, but, for an overnight stay, the first and foremost priority is the sleeping arrangement -- I guess we could have gone to the other room, still not acceptable. Oh, and the phone contact for assistance seemed non-personable and not terribly helpful.Good fodder for the next training Sergio.
