Girls trip!

This property is amazing! The location is perfect if you are looking to get away and relax in the mountains, but still close to local attractions. I am a resident of Colorado and this place exceeded my expectations. Jerry was so responsive and answered all our questions. We will be coming back for sure!

Absolutely Amazing

We’ve rented our fair share of VRBOs, and Sunset Grove is by far the most wonderful! The views are stunning; the home is massive and welcoming. It literally has everything you could possibly need. We truly felt at home our entire stay. It was remote and peaceful- exactly what we were looking for. We’re already talking about going back and taking our family. Jerry was wonderful and accommodating. It was truly a perfect experience. The only downside is that we had to leave!

Best rental ever

This was truly one of, if not the best rental houses I’ve ever stayed at, and everyone in our group agreed. The beds are comfortable with ample pillows, there’s robes and soft towels, and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. There’s a toy chest and games and puzzles, and the hot tub is lovely. It’s on a dead end dirt road so very quiet and surrounded by trees. Check in and out were uncomplicated and the host answered questions quickly. We will be back!

This home has EVERYTHING that you need to enjoy your vacation. There is nothing that you would need to enjoy this property that the host has not already provided. He is OUTSTANDING. He responds quickly to any request. Our girls weekend here was AWESOME.

The house is very private. House is well equipped, do not need to bring anything. All the beds were very comfortable. Enough room to be with everyone or could be off by yourself. Fantastic getaway

Stayed at this beautiful home while visiting family in the area. Couldn’t be more pleased with our choice. The entire place was beautiful, well appointed, had every amenity, and was safe and secure.. the peace and quiet amazing. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in divide

Great house for a family group

The kitchen is one of the best equipped and supplied that I've experienced. The rooms are lovely and there's a good indoor play area for children. The location is totally private and quiet. Activities for kids--easy hiking, Cave of the Winds, the Colorado Springs zoo, and a dinosaur museum are within an hour's drive or closer. Jerry is a great host.

Beautiful views

Home and views were beautiful. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. Fully stocked kitchen with spices, crockpot, cookware, coffee pot, ice machine, utensils, plates, cups.etc. - they had it all and very nice quality! All rooms had king beds which were very comfortable. We all raved about how well we slept! You can’t go wrong with booking this home for your next vacation!!

Family Vacation

Your home was wonderful. I would only like to make one comment. If you could make a little binder that has how everything works and where to find things to make those works and also put in your favorite restaurant it would be nice. We have stayed at several and they have told us about so many cool places to go and to eat at. We are so grateful for your hospitality and really enjoyed your house. The views are amazing. Thank you so much for a great two weeks to disconnect and just be present in our family and reflect all that God has given us. God Bless

Great Family Rental

This place is great for a family vacation. This is the first VRBO that had everything. Plenty of room. Nice quiet environment. Plenty of games for the family and the kitchen items. Also the property manager was great to work with. I highly recommend this place.

Book this place!

This place was so much better than we expected. Jerry, the host, was super responsive, the property had everything you would need including a fully stocked kitchen (kitchen aid mixer, blender, food processor, etc). There was so much space, beautiful fireplaces, soaking tubs and a game room. Bonus office made working simple. If you are looking at the place- kk just book it, you won’t be disappointed!

Woodsy Getaway

The house and property were even better than we expected. The game room was a big hit and a total surprise. So many games and activities. The scenery outside is beautiful and the decorative touches in the house made I so homey. The host Jerry was great and easy to chat with on email.

Girls Weekend Getaway

My girlfriends and I haven’t been able to hangout as much as we like so we decided to do a staycation trip to catch up. This place had everything! Stocked spice cabinet, waffle maker, crock pot, coffee, butter, all the kitchen items you could think of, very well stocked. It was so nice that all of the beds were king size and everyone slept well on the mattresses. Also the fact that all the bedrooms had TV’s with access to streaming services was awesome. We ventured out to the Colorado wolf and wildlife center (only 20 min away) such a neat experience, you can even interact with some animals, the foxes were so cute. The house was also stocked with games so we were never bored. Also LOVED the tub upstairs, so nice to soak, be careful the water does get hot. This place felt very homey and we can’t wait to come back!

A Chef's Dream!

This home was so well stocked, every kitchen item you could need to cook for a crowd! The home is decorated beautifully and has so much space! The game room was a great place to play and laugh together. Plenty of bathrooms and washer & dryer on 2 levels! The views are stunning and there is more than ample parking.
