Beautiful view of Pikes Peak. Path to condo may be an issue for some. It is cold in the unit but they provide throws to snuggle in!!

Quiet and serene

This was the perfect place to stay for my wife and I. We were attending marriage counseling for the week and this place gave us the space we needed to be together and study and meditate separately. Great spot!

Super Cute with a Great View!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and would stay there again in the future if we head to Colorado Springs again. It felt very cozy and comfortable, and we loved that they had king-size beds in both bedrooms. The view was amazing, and we loved the covered patio where we could enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend!

Great stay and great hosts

The hosts have thought of everything. There is a well stocked kitchen, toys and games, and plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We loved the gorgeous view of Pike’s Peak off the back patio. The unit was clean and comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Would recommend staying here!

This is a beautiful property and we really enjoyed it.

First time visit

Came to visit adult son stationed in Colorado with the army. Had never been before and were looking forward to the experience. The view did not disappoint! Coming from the east coast, we were in awe of the mountains!

Amazing stay with an even better view!

This property was so beautiful! It was so nice to come home from a long day of hiking and to relax in such a warm and welcoming place. Everything that we needed for cooking was right there, too, which was very nice. The window in the dining area was amazing to look out as we were eating dinner. The patio area was also a great feature to sit at and enjoy our morning coffee. If ever in the area, we will most definitely be coming back to this location. Even on a rainy day, the host was easy and quick to get in touch with for recommendations of what to do. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

Experience at our getaway!

I am picky, retired recently and a bit old fashioned. We were very pleased with the rental. I checked many places and came back to this one over and over. Exactly stated in the listing, there are little ones upstairs but we didn’t mind at all. The view was beautiful and parking was never a problem. You felt very safe and comfortable and this little getaway setting was perfect for us. The host was wonderful and checked on us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. We will for sure come back. Close to many things a family can need and use.

The basement was great for what we needed. A landing place after a fun day of adventures! The view of Pikes Peak from the living room and kitchen was stellar!! There were so many extra blankets provided and they were warm! We needed to use them because per the listing there is no central heating (and maybe even no AC for cooling as we are not sure since it was cooler and didn’t need AC we don’t know) and the space heater worked, but we needed more (from Texas ;)). They provide ear plugs which is a nice touch because if you are a light sleeper and sleep longer than 7.30am, just like in an apartment, you will hear people walking above you. Definitely not a deal breaker, but just something to plan for if you are a light sleeper. The welcome book gave great suggestions as we tried a couple of them. And check in and check out were a breeze. This was a GREAT place to stay and if we ever find ourselves back in Colorado Springs I would book again! If all else just to see that view!

Early birds

The home is very cozy, cleanly and organized when you come in. Beautiful views from the patio and not very far from anywhere you would need to go in colorado springs. As stated in the description they talk about a little noise, the noise is a lot more than a little! Vacuuming upstairs would start at 630 am every morning and throughout the day if we were home it sounded like a WWE wrestling match with a whole arena upstairs from their children banging on the ground so much. From noon to 8pm every night was very very loud so if you stay here i would recommend having a lot of set plans to never be home. Other than that the host was very accommodating with anything we need and overall we thought the place other than the noise wasn’t to bad. I would just be aware it’s more than what seemed described to me before booking. I would put “NOISE ALL DAY FROM CHILDREN DONT BE HERE DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS.” There is no oven but laundry machines thankfully with laundry detergent so that was nice.

Weekend near Pikes Peak

Amazing view of the mountains, especially Pike’s Peak. Great lodging and enjoyed our stay; French press coffee pot was really nice touch.

Excellent stay

Host is very accommodating and response very quickly. Home is everything we needed and more. We loved our stay there and location is close to everything!!! Will definitely stay there again if we are ever back in the area.

We had the GREATEST experience! They were absolutely amazing our kids got to meet their kids and dog. They looked forward to seeing the kids and dog any time we were at the house. We will definitely book again. Thank you for such great hospitality!

Location

Went on a friends trip. Stayed here, and was very clean, and loved the location. Was in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. Bed was super comfy as well!

Loved this Beautiful Rental!

My boyfriend and I visited Colorado Springs a few weeks ago and fell in love with this rental property. The neighborhood was quite and the owners were very responsive over the app's messenger! The house was clean and very accommodating. The listing was very upfront with the noise level coming from upstairs but it was not bad at all! Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely prioritize this listing when visiting again!

Amazing!

The view of the mountains is amazing! The owners provided complimentary coffee and tea packets which was awesome to make and enjoy the scenery from the kitchen in the morning. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans/utensils/wine opener etc. Everything was clean and exactly as described. This place is super cozy, a nice place to relax after hiking and other activities. Also love the way it is decorated :). If I get the chance to visit Colorado Springs again, I will definitely try to stay here!

Great place

Great place, perfect for our family with two toddlers. Everything as described in listing. Hosts provided a stool so our 3 y.o. could use sink on their own, since we forgot ours. That was a nice extra touch. Would stay here again!

Comfortable and cozy stay with a perfect mountain view!

Really appreciated having this clean and comfortable place to come back to after a long day of adventuring in Colorado. Convenient location to a number of restaurants as well as Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. Hosts were prompt in responding to my questions and concerns and checked in after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone wanting to visit Colorado Springs and the surrounding area.

Exceeded our expectations!

Property view was INCREDIBLE! We loved the Mountain View & enjoyed breakfast on the patio! Neighborhood was really quiet! The house was clean and had just about everything we needed on hand! Had lots of toys that my son loved, board games, Roku tv with account set up for guests & they even left a list of recommendations! We met the owner briefly and she was eager to give us recommendations/ask if we needed anything. We loved our stay here! Highly recommend!
