"We really enjoyed our stay. The rental was very clean and the atmosphere was bright and very comfortable. Marta, our host, was very friendly and responsive to any question or need that we might have had. She made us feel extremely welcome and cared for. Having a kitchen greatly served our purposes, and helped us to save on meals. I think the rental provided a good value for us. If we come back to Colorado Springs, Marta’s place will be first on our list to seek availability."

"This was my second time at the propery and it was great. The property is very comfortable and the area is very beautiful while being right by downtown Manitou. The aesthetic and of the peaceful underground unit is accompanied by the welcoming atmosphere. Great for a one or two person stay. I hope to eventually stay a third time. "

"We needed a place in the springs to spend a few days acclimating before heading higher for a Breckenridge wedding (we're from CT shoreline - traveling from 52' to 10,000' had us nervous(This property was a perfect base of operations for us - able to visit, and see the sights in Co Spring *and a day trip to Cripple Creek to find the troll (worth it!)Nica and clean, well appointed, and it seems to be larger than we thought it would be.
