    Guest Access:

    The entire apartment is private to you and your guests! This is the upstairs unit in the town home building. 4-5 steps up to the wooden patio to the door. No steps inside of the property.

    The unit downstairs is also a short term rental so please be mindful and respectful.



    The Neighborhood:

    Known as the "Old Broadmoor," this area of Southwest Colorado Springs features old, established homes built before the world-renowned 5-star hotel, better known by the "Broadmoor" name. The hotel itself is located just up the road from this property, along with great access to the mountains, parks, hiking trails, the zoo, as well as some of the best dining and craft-spirits the city offers. Located just a few blocks away from the renovated Ivywild School, which includes a Colorado craft whisky distillery, brewery, cafe and event venue in its walls, guests will have a multitude of entertainment choices at their disposal. Some other, exceptional and notable restaurants and bars nearby include the Blue Star, Prime 25, Edelweiss, the Burrowing Owl and the Sushi Ring. This unit is also located just across the street from a Safeway grocery store, as well as some additional modern shopping staples including Sears, Gordman`s, Bed Bath & Beyond and the Home Depot.



    Getting Around:

    Although there are specific bus routes to help take you around, we recommend that you have a car during your stay in Colorado Springs. If you would like to know bus times in your region, let our guest communications team know!

    ATTENTION:

    ~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking

    - No pets allowed
