Loft Apartment - Manitou

  • Located in Historic downtown Manitou Springs. This unique property is in walking distance to shopping, great restaurants, and hiking right out the front door. Pikes Peak, the Cog-railroad, the Manitou Incline, many other family-friendly activities are just out the front door. This apartment is accessed by some very steep stairs, if you are unable or uncomfortable with stairs, this is not the place for you. Private parking for 1 vehicle. This apartment is Urban and outdoor living all in one!.

    This unique property located near Historic downtown Manitou Springs. Shopping, great restaurants, and hiking right out the front door. Pikes Peak, the Cog-railroad, the Manitou Incline, Penny Arcade and many other family-friendly activities are within walking distance.. This apartment is in the middle of all that Manitou Springs has to offer! It feels like urban downtown and outdoor living all in one!.

    You have total access to the whole apartment. You do share the balcony with one other apartment.

    I am available via text or ph(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and working in the restaurant most days.

    You are in the heart of Downtown Manitou Springs. You can walk to all of Manitou has to offer.

    Within walking distance just out the front door is access to Manitou`s free shuttle bus, and the Public Bus system running throughout Colorado Springs. Uber and Taxi services also available

    This apartment is only accessible through very steep stairs. If you are unable or uncomfortable with steep stairs, this is not the place for you. If you are comfortable with them that is great because you will get to enjoy the best view in town from the Shared Balcony overlooking Main Street!

    Parking for 1 regular sized vehicle only.

Wonderful location and the balcony overlooking downtown was a treat! It's a fun and funky old building and the apartment is very spacious. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is centrally located with parking so you can leave your car and walk or take the free shuttle anywhere in town and also to the Pikes Peak Cog Railroad. Communication with Jeff is great. It was very clean and had plenty of soap and shampoo. I highly recommend it and would stay again.

This apartment is in a prime location on the Main Street with easy access to shopping and restaurants. It has everything that you might need for your stay. Clean and the King bed is comfortable.

Colorado Experience

Fun little town and this location is central to it all. Also worked as a great home base for our various excursions out. Plenty of space for the four adults in our group and provided all of the basics we needed for our stay.

The host was great, he handled all our questions quickly and was accommodating to us. The apartment was awesome!!! It’s in a great place, walking distance to everything. We didn’t even use the truck for 4 days- stayed in and enjoyed the balcony. Angela is amazing! She was so friendly and helpful telling us about the local culture, etc. The entire trip less the jet lag was very much needed and enjoyed.

This was a beautiful, comfortable, and spacious property facing the Main Street in town. Having the dedicated parking space was wonderful! We spent three nights in Manitou Springs and we would stay here again! As other reviews have said, the stairs to the apartment are very steep, so please keep that in mind when booking.

Charming apartment right in the heart of Manitou Springs!

The location of this property is exactly what we wanted. We could walk to great restaurants, shops, and our son loved the penny arcade in Manitou Springs. The apartment was just as it was described. Cute, spacious enough, and we would absolutely stay here again

Convenient location for vacation in Manitou

Beautiful views and nice location, I will say the main bedroom is very light even at night, so if you like dark when sleeping they do make portable blackout curtains which would fix it . Great place would stay again

Great stay!

The property is conveniently placed right on tje main street in Manitou Springs. There is a nice balcony to rest after a day of activities. Very clean with modern furnishings. Will stay again.

Charming and centrally located!

This property is so charming! The decor is cute! Our family of 5 had more than enough space, there is plenty of kitchen supplies, loved the balcony, and loved the location being downtown. The parking can be a bit tight, but we had a full size Ram and were able to handle it with caution. During our stay we did Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, rafting, the Incline, just to name a few things. Overall it was a great stay!

Perfect apartment in center of town

Love this apartment. A great space for a small family or couple. Clean, wonderful 3rd floor balcony overlooking main street, walking distance to hikes, restaurants and shops.
