Family trip 2025

We were 5 families total. We did a lot - the mountain zoo, the North Pole theme park, Paint Mines hike, Rainbow Gulch hike to reservoir, the Broadmoor hotel, cliff dwellings, etc. We had a great time! Loved the backyard - the grandkids loved playing back there. We even had a hailstorm in June - maybe lasted 1/2 hour. Super cool!

Amazing, secluded Colorado spines home

My stay at this house was exceptional. Amenities were great, space of the house and rooms were amazing. The outside of the house was also great. Drive way is big enough to fit many cars. Basketball court connected to the garage of games was a huge plus. Dumpster on site was very useful. Essentially everything about this property was amazing and exactly what we were looking for.

Definitely Will Be Back

Perfect for families

This house is absolutely PERFECT for families!! Three living areas and the additional outdoor amenities were incredibly helpful to ensure everyone had space to enjoy each other, and space to themselves. Would highly recommend.

Great option for large families!

My family stayed in this property for a wedding for 5 nights. We had people traveling from Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Illinois and when we arrived at the house, the overwhelming reaction was “Wow! This place is huge!” There were 5 king rooms, 1 queen room, 1 king room with bunk beds, one queen room with a trundle bed, and a room with 2 full-sized bunk beds. There were also 3 living rooms with comfortable seating. We were able to dine in the kitchen and dining room, plus there was a lot of seating outside on the back deck which was enjoyed frequently. The kids loved the playground and the adults enjoyed the hot tub every night. The best thing for the large group of us was having two refrigerators. There is one in the kitchen and one in the garage, which we were able to use for beverages. With 6 bathrooms, very few rooms had to share and everyone was granted privacy. The one thing we were missing were fans. There are no ceiling fans or plug-in fans in the house so I would recommend bringing a fan of driving to the property. I also recommend texting the property manager versus using the app or email as my messages and emails did not get a response as we got closer to check-in. Overall, we made many memories and enjoyed our stay in this property!

Beautiful Home

We rented this home for our wedding party & family who was coming in town. We were able to have a small welcome party during the day Saturday for a small fee & it was everything I envisioned.

Great house

House was amazing! Nice decor, comfy beds, spacious & amazing view of the mountains! A few minor issues we noticed when we arrived that were taken care of quickly. Would stay here again if vacation to Colorado.

Family and Friend Couples Trip

We enjoyed this property and was very pleased with the space. The entire house had only 2 Tv’s in the sitting rooms. Which turned out to be good because we all just enjoyed each other be watching TV. It’s was cold when we visited and they had just had all them wild fires. So we couldn’t get in the hot tub and wasn’t able to use the fire pit. Everything was tip top clean. Oh last thing the road is dark so you must pay attention to your direction to turn into the driveway. And the wild life was a plus reminded us of being at home because of the family of deers (8-10)that came to visit. Lawanda Witherspoon

Great house for a big group

Overall had a great experience with family and friends. Easily held all of us without any issues. A few things could have been a little better, no propane in the tank at arrival to grill but owner quickly replaced the tanks upon request. Could use some more pots and pans for cooking. A lot of the games in the garage were either broken or missing. At arrival there was dirty dishes and other trash not picked up from precious groups party it seemed. Temp in the house was 40 degrees at arrival and there was a lack of water pressure with not much hot water in showers. But other than those items. House was large and nice enough for all 10 of us!

Beautiful Home!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Beautiful new home. It was fully stocked with everything you may need. The owners did an excellent job decorating the house. Very high end property. I would highly recommend staying at this location. Property manager was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Thank you Adventure Homes! We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!

Coldest Winter Ever

I want to start off by thanking the host Kathryn. She is nothing short of amazing. We had minor issue with the oven on the wall I reached out to her and it was fixed within a few hours. The pictures shown of the property really don’t do it any justice. This place is beyond beautiful. From the mountains you see from the living room window to the decor and layout of the house. I recommend anyone wanting a peace of mind or have a large family to stay here. It’s more than 5 stars. You will immediately feel right at home once you walk through the door. The added touch of the Guide Book and Christmas decorations since we went during the holiday was so sweet. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your amazing home/property.

Amazing house and view!

When first entering the house you have a breathtaking view of pikes peek, then you start looking around at the house and it also is breathtaking. The house is so spacious and has everything you could want in a vacation home. Both adults and kids loved the game room. Everyday we saw deer in the yard and both sunset and sunrise are beautiful! Definitely a place we will come back to.

Lovely Home with AWESOME VIEW!

The home was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and so welcoming. There were so many cozy areas in which to gather--the children especially enjoyed the game room downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked, making it possible to prepare and serve our meals with ease. Also all of the bathrooms were well appointed and spa-like. Since the weather was perfect and the landscaping so lovely, we spent a lot of time outside, playing games and enjoying the view. Cornhole is a family favorite! Management was very responsive. We particularly enjoyed the digital Welcome Guidebook. It answered many questions for us as we prepared for our visit. We will DEFINITELY return.
