Exactly What We Were Looking For
This property was exactly what we were looking for and the online photos were very accurate. The house was in a great location, comfortably slept 11 of us and had a lot of space for gathering together.

Great Location, Lacking Customer Service
We had high hopes for this VRBO, it hit all of our checklist needs for our trip to Colorado Springs before Thanksgiving. The house is in a great location and was very spacious. We had an easy drive to all of our daily excursions, but we experienced two main issues with our stay. When we arrived at the house after a 7 hour drive, we were unable to enter the home. I called the contact numbers and sent messages via the VRBO app but received no response until I called VRBO customer service directly. We ended up having to wait an additional 45 minutes to an hour in our cars before we were given a door code to enter the home. The second issue was that the hot tub was left uncovered for an undetermined amount of time. It had recently snowed in Colorado Springs and the hot tub was iced over and dirty. I messaged the contact through the VRBO app, but this was not addressed until the day before we were scheduled to leave (we stayed 5 nights!). Great house, but the attention to detail and customer service were lacking.

Our stay was terrific! We enjoyed the location which was less than a half mile from The Broadmoor and close to alll points of interest in colo springs! Lovely house in a wonderful neighborhood!

Excellent, quiet location
This was a very clean, tidy, and well-appointed home. Ideally, we would have been there for lots of entertainment and get to use all the wonderful amenities like the grill and hot tub. But we were there for a conference at the Broadmoor, which was amazing because it was less expensive than staying at the resort, but was within an easy walking distance. I'd love to come back and have a friend's weekend or bring my kids/family for a holiday retreat. The zoo is really close by and there are lots of other great things to do. There was plenty of space and everything was comfortable, updated, and cozy.

Was a wonderful house. Spacious and full of everything you might need (towels, TP, paper towels, dishes, utensils, pots pans, etc). Clean as hell and the location was very quiet and bougie. Definitely staying here again next year!

Great family getaway
The property was just as described, with plenty of extra touches for families (games for kids, movies for kids on Apple TV). We were even able to grill and eat outside in the backyard, which was awesome!

House needs a LOT of updating
On our arrival night we sent TWO texts to the property manager because we could not get in the house with the code provided. Until today we have not heard back. We were able to get in the house after some time of trying and trying. The cleanliness of the kitchen area was very poor. The kitchen stove top was dirty, the oven had a lot of food crumbs as well as the inside doors were all splattered with grease, the outside grill was also dirty. The bedrooms and bathrooms were ALL clean.

I apologize the home was not up to the guests standards. The home was completely updated 2 years ago including new appliances and how tub. I had received a text at 10:54 pm that the guest was having trouble getting in. I sent 3 texts and even opened the door remotely. Its a keyless entry and they had no problem the rest of the week. The home was clean when I checked on it and I cleaned the grill and hot tub personally. Their were no other issues with the guest and I would have had taken immediate action to their concerns.

Amazing family time
Wow! This home is truly a home away from home. Well laid out. Lots of space. Not far from shopping, the zoo etc. Huge yard!. Kitchen was well stocked. Utensils and kitchen tools were good quality. This was a hands down favorite! I would highly recommend this home. The host replied quickly to a concern that popped up. Nicely furnished.

Room for everyone
We enjoyed this house and all it had to offer! The basement was perfect for everyone to have something to do- play pool, throw darts, watch a movie, or just relax. The kitchen on the main floor had plenty of room for all of us to work together to make our Thanksgiving dinner. The grill, hot tub, and outdoor fire pit made the evenings fun and relaxing as well. I highly recommend this property for big groups (we had 13 people from ages 2-45)- it is perfect!!

Exactly what we were looking for!
This property was perfect for our guys weekend in Colorado Springs. We didn’t expect to spend so much time at the house when we initially booked, but were forced to due to the pandemic. Having said that, between the back yard, hot tub, fire pit, grill and fully stocked kitchen, we still had a great time. When we did leave, it was a short drive to golf courses, grocery stores, etc. The owners were also very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Amazing House!
This place was awesome! We had 14 people staying here over Christmas and it exceeded our expectations. The house was very well stocked which made it easy for us to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic home away from home!
The house was perfect for our large group! Wonderful layout. The kitchen and bedrooms were comfortable and beautiful, with everything we needed. The living and outdoor spaces were thoughtfully planned out, with lots of attention to detail. I highly recommend this property!
