    Located within 1 mile of Broadmoor World arena/ 2 miles from Ft Carson in a peaceful wooded cul-de-sac, walk-out basement offers walking distance to Quail Lake along with Broadmoor World Arena, convenient access to food, shopping and entertainment. Kitchenette equipped with hot plate, microwave, convention oven/fryer, mini fridge for quick meals and on-the-go-snacks.
    Casual open living features 32in smart tv, wireless internet.

    If you want to stretch your legs, take a leisurely stroll around Quail Lake Park or head out to North Cheyenne Cañon Park to explore a natural wonderland of granite rock formations, creeks, and waterfalls. Spend the day at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo or shopping and golf at nearby Broadmoor.

Relaxation in CO Springs

From the instructions, to the warm welcome and accommodations, we enjoyed our stay and were able to relax each night. Quiet neighborhood with lots of friendly wildlife. Host was most accommodating and friendly!

Great 2 bedroom rental

Really nice 2 bedroom basement apartment. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend if staying in the Colorado Springs area. Price was very reasonable.

Visiting my Daughter with my parents.

Cute, comfortable, and clean. Dawn was very hospitable! Great location for visiting many awesome places like Pikes Peak, Garden of the gods, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, trip to Estes Park and Rocky Mtn. Natl. Park. We had a great time! We’d stay again!

Incredible!!!

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the neighborhood and then the location itself. The owner was very friendly and went above and beyond with accommodations! She really made it feel that i was staying at a home, instead of a rental. I will definitely be returning to rent this location again! Thank you Dawn!

Loved the Location

We were really happy with the whole set up. I was with my adult son, so having two separate bedrooms was perfect! Everything was clean and new looking. Close to everything we wanted to do. Really enjoyed working with Dawn.

Close to Everything

Where we stayed was very nice and quiet. We enjoyed Dawn, our host, very much. We were close to great breakfast places, the Denver Biscuit Company. For dinner we went to the Bird Dog and the Mason Jar. Good places all around. We went to several attractions, WWII Aviation Museum, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods and a little drive away was the Gorge. Great place to stay and great experiences with my family. We will be back!

Sweet Hideaway Close to All the Good Stuff

Lovely, clean, everything we needed. Our host, Dawn, was very accommodating. Made sure we had cool AC in late July during our visit. Shower can stay hot or cool as needed. Never runs out of hot. Really comfy beds! Dawn also helped us learn about local events and attractions. Conveniently located in a beautiful neighborhood, very close to all the main attractions. Thanks so much for all, Dawn!

Family trip

2 adults and 2 tall 17 year old young men. Traveling on a family trip to Colorado. Dawn was kind and hospitable. She gave us watermelon as a welcoming treat. Her guest accommodations were just what we needed - a quiet, clean, safe place to lay our head at night after taking in the area attractions. The description on VRBO accurately describes the rental. We would definitely not hesitate to rent from Dawn again. Great place at a reasonable price. Great location as well. Thank you Dawn!

Relaxing stay with all the necessities.

I booked this property through VRBO app. It was quick and easy. The property was much better than I even expected. It was very clean and so comfortable. Dawn had a relaxing seating area outside and was very welcoming to our daughter who came to visit us. She went above and beyond to accommodate a vacationer’s needs supplying coffee, various ways to cook a small meal and little extra touches throughout. The neighbors also were friendly but not intrusive and we enjoyed visiting with them. Dawn made us feel like welcomed guests and made everything about our stay easy. I couldn’t say enough good things about this place and our host.

Softball / BEAR

We had an amazing time in CO. Springs Dawn was very helpful. We brought our OHV with us and she told us locations where we could ride. We were also there for our Granddaughters softball 12 U they placed 18 out of 88! Very Proud. She also told us about the wildlife and she was not kidding We saw a BEAR very exciting but I don't. have to tell you my dream that night. We would go back and stay at this location in a heart beat.

Little gem near Fort Carson

Military parents visiting your soldiers - Perfect Spot! Located 5 minutes from the base it's perfect for you to go visit or them to stay with you. Nice living area to hang out or sitting area outside. Little kitchenette is perfect for quick breakfast and heating up restaurant leftovers. We didn't really cook. Lots to do in the area. Owner is on site. Not intrusive but is available as she wants you to enjoy your stay. We arrived to complementary bottles of water which was so nice after a long day traveling. Lots of little touches like that. So much better than a hotel!!!

Best Hidden Secret in Colorado Springs

This is the best place and host in Colorado Springs 🤗 it’s 7 minutes from Cheyenne Resort, 13 minutes from Broadmoore Hotel and Resort, 10 minutes from Arena, 15 min from Zoo and 18 minutes from airport. Dawn (owner) is the best VRBO host ever and went out of her way to make us feel at home and be helped. The place has everything you need and you feel at home. Its the perfect balance of helpfulness and privacy. This is the second time I have stayed in Dawns VRBO and I extended my stay 4 days extra to enjoy the great Spring weather, beauty and tranquility of the place. The 2 bed 1 bath with Kitchenette is modern, clean, safe, practical, comfortable and the mattress is 5 Star. ⭐️ If you want the best location and are in space, military, or just visiting and want to feel at home with 5 star comfort this is the place 🤗 Thank you Dawn for a wonderful experience 🤩
