"This place is a perfect choice if you like a historic town center and the ability to walk there for shops, food, coffee, parks. It was great. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. The little balcony overlooking the street is lovely. "

"The property was just as described. We used the free trolley to Main Street and pick up and drop off are close to house. The hot tub was a blessing after long hiking days. Would stay again "

"What a wonderful place and great hosts! We arrived in a downpour (not typical for Grand Junction). Bruce came out with an umbrella and directed us to the door to the suite. Bruce and Cindy go above and beyond! Everything was great! Would definitely stay here again. "

"Our family of five LOVED staying here. The property was lovely and the location couldn't have been better. Just a five minute walk to downtown, 7 minutes to the hot springs and 5 minutes to the Doc Holiday trailhead. Killer roof deck porch with great views of the mountains.The only note we have is that we did not know there are two flights of stairs leading into the apartment. Not a problem for us, but it could be for anyone that is mobility impaired.We will definitely try to stay here again on...

"Cozy and home like. Beautiful relaxing setting right on the river. Well equipped home. Great yard space for playing with children, eating outdoors or just relaxing by their er Management company was very helpful and quick to respond. My only constructive comment is that the second bedroom has minimal bureau space. Maybe some shelving in the large closet would be helpful. We will definitely stay there again when we return to the area. "

"The access to the apartment is well described; there are stairs and staircases to navigate, and that can be hard when carrying lots of ski gear. But if one is okay with that, the apartment is tidy and fine for a skiing stay. It is great that parking is provided. Try and get precise directions for getting to and from the ski slope, but it is relatively easy to ski in, and ski out requires a staircase down, crossing the road, and then stepping down some steps to the slope."

"We really enjoyed our time here! It's a great location, easy to walk to many great restaurants and shops, and a quick drive over to hanging lake (if you have permits to hike it). Our toddler enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs outside and checking out the garden and plants. We had a small problem when we first arrived and Bruce was very quick to respond and it was dealt with quickly. Thanks for a great stay! "
