Cute, bright studio right downtown, taking full advantage of the address. Can be noisy with the train, but the access was great - we walked to the gondola, restaurants, etc.

Read the full description well. It was a bit of a surprise to us, but completely our fault for not reading the description. It was meant as a honeymoon suite for our children,Excellent location, very clean, and host communication was excellent.

Perfect spot for a girls getaway. Nice location in town, walking distance to restaurants, shops and hot springs. Loved drinking coffee on the patio. Would definitely stay again.

Great loft!

The property was great! Perfect for relaxing in a beatific area. It was clean, the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the cozy stay and proximity to everything

We had a great stay and would come back. The property is well maintained, clean. And comfortable. You are around the corner to some fabulous restaurants and bars and of course the hot springs!

Our stay at 420 Loft

We love that many of the good restaurants are close by & Iron Mountain Hot Springs is a short bus ride. We already have plans to return in June. It's great having a legal place to cconsume

We had an awesome stay at the 420 Loft Boutique!The location is truly unbeatable — right in the heart of downtown Glenwood Springs on restaurant row. We walked to great restaurants and everything else we needed, and it was just minutes from the famous hot springs pool.The loft itself is modern, spacious, and spotless. We loved the deck overlooking the Colorado River — perfect for relaxing with morning coffee or in the evenings. The 420 theme throughout was cute and fun and really gave it a playful Colorado vibe. Communication with the host was spectacular — quick, helpful, and made the whole experience seamless. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bed very comfortable.It felt like a luxurious, welcoming home base. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Glenwood Springs!

3 Day Get Away

The loft is a great place to spend a few days. It is centrally located in GS. Perfect for a walk to restaurants and shops. The outside space is perfect for sitting and having a drink/smoke and unwind.

You’re right downtown. You can walk to the pool, we actually walked everywhere. The hosts were awesome. 2 very righteous thumbs up! Most excellent

Great location

We LOVED this loft. A perfect location and so cute and cozy. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. Walking distance to lots of shops , restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend this place the only downfall would be I think the place smells like cigarettes but I guess that's what you get when you book a smoke friendly place. We would come back to stay here and the owners were very accommodating.
