"This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and it’s been wonderful both times. Very spacious with two living room and dining areas and complimented well by a large kitchen. Worked very well for making meals for the family for our stay. The location of the house is conveniently located by restaurants and stores in Bettendorf. "

"This property was very well kept and clean which made it easy to keep clean. Everything was in working order. Nice appliances. Extremely spacious and perfect for a very large family gathering. We had ourselves and 3 adult children with their spouses and one infant. The 3 separate sitting areas was perfect for us. The only downfall was parking space. "The property is meticulously maintained. The views of the river were claming after a long day of travel, the cabin was extremely comfortable, quiet and relaxing. "Check in and out are very easy. The kitchen doesn’t even have salt and pepper, so you do need to bring all ingredients if you are cooking. The location of the bathroom is odd it is down a hallway behind a door with an alarm. It feels like you are going into the private space of the other side of the duplex, but the host assured us it was exclusively ours. We were told at check in that we couldn’t use the deck because it might not be safe. Still for the price, we were satisfied. "
