    2700 sf, 3 story log cabin home sitting at 8200 ft elevation, with beautiful views of the Vega Reservoir. Infloor heat on the bottom level, gas fireplace on the main level and bathrooms on each level. The winter is great for snowmobiling, ice fishing, hunting, snow shoeing and lots more right outside of the cabin. In the summer, spring & fall you can ride ATV's, hike, fish, hunt, bike and enjoy the cool mountain air. We suggest a taking a beautiful ride up to the top of the Grand Mesa. (10,000 ft. elevation)

Great house in a beautiful location.

The house was great . Had everything you need in the kitchen. Was very clean and has great views of the mountains out every window. The neighbors (Jeremy and Chris) were very helpful and friendly.

Annual Family Get-together

Beautiful home in a fantastic location up in the mountains. Those versed with mountain living will appreciate this great home! Lots of great extra touches such as board games, sleds, and other extras that made the stay. Homeowners are thoughtful and very communicative. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Nice cabin, but low lake

The cabin has a great view and is off the beaten path which we liked. It is well stocked with kitchen and bedding items. There were three bathrooms, but only one shower. We had to stagger our showers. There is no AC, but temperatures never got unbearable and fans are provided. At night it can cool down significantly, so AC was not necessary. Overall it accommodated our group very nicely and was exactly what we were looking for. Vega reservoir was very low. There were no motor boats allowed due to low levels. The drought has taken its toll on the lake, and did affect our enjoyment of the lake.

The family get away

It was an ok trip, it was really hot 100 degrees everyday there was no AC and no bueno WIFI. The entire family was on a downer because of that. Fishing was was blah and the overall lake experience was just ok. The house was definitely stocked up with housewares and other items. The deck is a selling item because that is where you want to be. I enjoyed my get away at your place. Thanks so very much. The Oviedos

Peaceful, beautiful and fun

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were super helpful. The area is beautiful. We visited Grand Mesa, hiked, and kayaked in the area around this cabin. The neighborhood was quite with beautiful views of the reservoir and surrounding mountains. There is no AC. We knew this going in. So we just made sure to be out of the cabin by mid-morning or lunch because there was heat wave during the week that we were there. The reservoir and surrounding lakes gave plenty of opportunities to cool off.

Gorgeous property with amazing views

This property is beautiful! I’ll agree with others in that the photos don’t do it justice. It is very comfortable, and was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, we felt like we were their friends staying at their cabin. The views are amazing, including views of mountains, valleys, and Vega Reservoir. Snowmobilers paradise is right! We really enjoyed our time at this cabin.

Great Cabin!

We stayed for 3 nights and the cabin and location are great! Cabin has a ton of room, everything you need, plus some! Excellent communication and a Great place and would definitely stay again!
