"What a jewel this house is - the history and the care in renovating are phenomenal. I slept upstairs and enjoyed it very much. I love all the windows which allow a lot of light into the house. I was surprised how close it was to the street and we did hear some street noise through the night. The coffee bar was wonderful as was the garden which notes all of the flowers that have been planted. I really enjoyed that."

"We are in Pella several times a year and prefer staying in the downtown VRBOs...this time, we hit the jackpot! Beautifully decorated and restored. The history of the building was a nice touch. "We had a great family weekend in Des Moines. The house is fantastic for a large group. Nice kitchen, dining and living areas. Plenty of bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The game room in the basement was super fun! Everyone had plenty of space and a great time! When we arrived the front door was open and two men were in the entryway with large equipment. "Claire's VRBO home - Tiger Cove - was perfect for mine and my daughter's girls trip! The pull out was firm enough for my daughter's back pain, and the king sized bed was perfect to spread out in!
