  • Villa espaciosa moderna junto al mar frente a la playa de surf vigilada y wifi del parque incluido. Villa tiene todos los muebles nuevos de calidad, camas, salas de estar, ropa de cama, etc. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio con baño y caminar en bata. Segundo dormitorio con 2 camas individuales rey o se puede hacer como una cama de matrimonio. Segundo baño tiene una ducha y baño con WC separado. Hay ventiladores de techo en la zona de estar y dormitorios. La Villa cuenta con aire reverso del ciclo de acondicionamiento .Hay un lavadero independiente con un secador y un tendedero exterior. El patio orientado al norte con un jardín de hierbas tiene una barbacoa de gas y un entorno al aire libre con una ducha al aire libre a la sombra de las velas para proporcionar las mejores vacaciones junto a la playa. Si esto es reservado intento Mar Villa A. Ambas villas se pueden abrir con una puerta contigua para las familias y amigos que quieren pasar sus vacaciones juntos ocupando ambas villas más grandes. Las villas no tienen escalones. Descuentos por 7 noches aplicables.

Perfect home away from home!

Fantastic villa, close to the beach, the cafes and the RSL club. The villa was spotless. Perfect place for us to enjoy a holiday!

Excellent accommodation and location

The property was very clean. Everything was thought of to make our stay comfortable and easy. Top location within an easy walking distance to cafes, shops and beach. Would highly recommend this property.

Great place!

Very clean and comfortable accom in a great location! Only problem was that the booking platform did not give clear check-in details, however, the owner was very responsive and helpful via sms.

Short stay, great location

We found this property as a relatively late booking and were delighted to be able to stay. The property is very clean, updated inside and well equipped. Its location between the main street / cafes / restaurants/ pubs and the beach meant we could park up and be on foot with ease.

The position of the units is perfect for a beach holiday. The main street where shops, cafes, restaurants are also only steps away makes it easy to spend days around Sawtell village without needing a car. The units themselves were both spotless and very spacious. Very well appointed with everything you would need for a very comfortable stay.Wendy and co. have won over a few more hearts with these units in a very special partof the world... From the beach, to Dorrigo rainforest.... you can't go wrong.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

First class villa and location

Villa B was spacious and immaculately clean. Internally it had everything we wanted for a comfortable week long stay. The villa is so close to Sawtell beach and the Main Street with an abundance of eateries all within a 5 minute walk. If you don’t want to drive public transport to Toormina Shopping Centre or Park Beach Plaza is also only 5 minutes away.

Great position for everything Sawtell.

The Villa is modern, pristine and a great position. Easy walk to Main Street and beach. Unless you are venturing into Coffs etc, the car can stay parked. Our host, Wendy was lovely to speak to and helpful. We will be back

Fabulous property

Our stay at seaside villa B was amazing. It was spotless and well equiped with new cookware and crockery. The villa looked like it was recently renovated with beautiful linen and homeware. We did not need to use the car as it was close to all the shops, cafes and entertainment venues. Many thanks to Wendy for her help with our booking Maddie

Half Way House (couples from Brisbane and Sydney)

There were 4 adults so the 2 rooms with private facilities for both couples worked fine. Parking for two cars is adequate as long as some care is taken.

The Perfect Getaway

Perfect location opposite patrolled beach and so close to clubs, restaurants, cafes and everything you need within walking distance and no stairs! Villa is like brand new and spotless inside and out with all the comforts of home. Fast Wi-Fi and smart TV and loved the outdoor shower! The hosts Wendy and Steve were great and so quick to respond. Thanks for allowing us to create some great memories at Sawtell Seaside Villas. Will definitely be back.

Impressive

Incredible place to stay and way better than the photos shoe. I was impressed by the photos and even more do upon arrival. Felt like home, my 9 year old autistic son who doesn't like change or new place was thrilled and even told me "mum I'd be quiet happy to stay here forever" A few minutes walk time to the beach, relax at the end of the street, comfortable beds, amazing detail has been out into the villa. Outdoor shower to de-sand after a beach trip. Will be contacting the host again to book for future getaways.
