A wonderful house if you have a large group. Plenty of space for everyone. It was nice to have a downstairs living room plus kitchenette, as well as the living room and kitchen upstairs. The kitchen had enough stuff to make breakfast. There were a few things that have typically been present in other places we have stayed, ie condiments, wine glasses, seran wrap, sandwich bags, etc. It’s not a deal breaker, but just be prepared to bring or pick up the random things you might need for your stay. There was laundry and dish washer soap which was much appreciated! There were plenty of places to sleep, and all the beds were comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay again.

Great house for families! We are enjoyed triple play and Silverwood. Both short drives away and this house was the perfect home base for our family. Two adults and 5 kids. Loved it!

Excellent house for a large family or group of friends. We traveled with 2 moms and 6 kids and had a great stay. Spotlessly clean when we arrived. Backyard space with a lawn and grill. Fully equipped kitchen. There was even a whole second living area with sink and fridge downstairs so you could have separate spaces for two families, or just spread out if you are in the mood. All the beds were very comfortable and lots of storage room for your stuff. Washer and dryer available in the basement. Nicely air conditioned! Big garage if you want to keep your cars enclosed. I was a little worried when looking at the map that it seemed close to the highway, but the noise was no issue. Highly recommend staying in this house!

Space to Stay and Play

The property was spacious, cozy, and comfortable. We had 6 adults, a toddler, and a baby, there were plenty of sleeping options for everybody and room to set up travel bassinets and a pack n play in the upstairs master bedroom without feeling crowded. Great seating options in the upstairs and downstairs living areas, and two tables with ample room for board games. The house is also only a short 10ish minute drive from Fernan Lake which made it perfect for our ice fishing weekend. The only negative is that when we arrived it was clear one of the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned as there was a surprise in the downstairs toilet (which was promptly flushed away). All in all, it was a perfect place to house our little family winter get together and we will definitely be staying again when the fam comes back into town!
