  • Newly remodeled older cottage style house. This is one bed/one bath and is in a duplex home. This is a very clean home and many provided items. Gas fireplace in living room. It is located one block from mainstreet and is walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars. Garage access if you need to put bikes, etc inside. Laundry available in basement. Basic cable and WiFi included. Dishwasher is located in kitchen. There is one bed and a pullout couch in living room.

The house was clean, comfortable, and was stocked with everything you’d need. The location was an easy walk to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay there again.

Just Right

Perfect location

This property was exactly what needed for our anniversary weekend getaway. We could walk to the restaurants and shopping on the main street. We visited Yellowstone since it was an easy day trip. The home had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Terrific Property...Great In Town Location

We were favorably impressed with this place upon entering. It is homey immaculately clean and well kept. Many of Cody's local restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance. Nights were quiet and cool. The price was right, and we would gladly stay here again

Beautiful remodeled 1 bedroom cottage. It had everything from dishes to toiletries. All you need to bring is your clothes and yourselves. Very cozy and relaxing. I would recommend this to everyone. Reasonable price also. Near shops ,restaurants. Walking distance to alot of things. Even the towels were plentiful, big and soft.I give this place a 5 star

Great find!

I was solo in Cody for work and this was perfect for me. The location is ideal -- just a block off the main drag. I loved the coziness of the living room's fireplace, the bed was comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked with random necessities. And, the owner was helpful in providing a cord (if needed) to plug my vehicle in. The only bummer is that I didn't realize that the washing machine & dryer on-site were coin-operated; if you're planning on doing laundry, make sure you come with quarters.

Best location to stay in Cody

Property is walking distance from the main drag. It was very well maintained, and was as described fully furnished. There was even coffee, creamer and sugar! There were pots and pans and knives and toasters and hair dryers and every possible appliance i could think of. The laundry facility in the basement was spotless but is coin operated, but there is a laundromat to get coins not 5 minutes away. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and we even had deer and rabbits on the lawn. It was an excellent place to relax after yellowstone or the rodeo, and it immediately felt like home. If i make it back to wyoming I will stay here again.

Perfect &more perfect!

Good communication with owner - plenty of info up front. House was perfect for the two of us - plenty of space and comfortable areas to relax and eat. Kitchen was well stocked with the occasional item we needed - we knew it was there and it wasn't hard to find. Bedroom was comfortable - queen size bed was super comfortable. Would have liked to take it home with me, but couldn't get it into my carry on. Location is close to everything - just a block off the main drag - Sheridan. Only took us a few minutes to get to food, gas, groceries, etc. Cody is a great destination for a getaway or, like us, for a family reunion. The area's beauty is impressive. Rock climbing is close. Yellowstone is just an hour away. We would not hesitate to use this property again if/when we return. Thank you K - and Buffalo Bill too!

Quiet and close to downtown - easy walking to lots of places

Recently remodeled space includes a living room, kitchen/eating area, bathroom and a bedroom. It is a duplex building (so another unit attached--separate rental). It is in a very quiet neighborhood two blocks from downtown, so easy walking to lots of things. Very nice shower and shower head/pressure and bathroom space. This is very close to the neighbor/building next door, but they are very quiet and friendly. For us, the unit was a little dark inside, and we just didn't feel like we really wanted to hang out inside much. There are some nice Adirondack chairs out on the front lawn however. Newer rental...am sure the owner will make changes as suggestions are made. About an hour from the east entrance to Yellowstone.

Adorable rental

My husband and I stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday. The rental had everything we needed including a gas fireplace which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location is great, we were able to walk downtown to the restaurants and shops. The washer and dryer are coin operated so bring quarters. The owner is quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place in cody

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Super nice owner who made sure everything was good during our stay. The house is split into 2 units. We rarely heard the other occupants. Laundry is coin operated so bring quarters if you need to do laundry.
