"Great location and space. Our only complaint is that the air filters and humidifier needs cleaned (there was mold all over the humidifier that we cleaned ourselves). The place could use a deeper clean in general and we would have gave it 5 stars without those issues. "

"We had a very loud and squeaking AC unit that we had to turn off in order to sleep. We reported the problem but it was never fixed and we were told that this was normal. 53 decibels is what we registered the noise, which is ok for an outside AC but not good indoors. We were very uncomfortable!! Beware! Also, we asked for a late checkout but were sent a message that if we stayed past 11:00 AM we would be charged 125. When we asked, again, they responded at 10 AM, that we could stay until noon,...
