Unfortunately, cannot recommend. Listing descriptions and pictures on VRBO do not reflect the reality of the interior and some furnishings of this vacation rental. The interior of the unit was also very dirty and unkept to the point we felt were health and safety concerns. We chose to vacate early because of all these issues. We tried to resolve this matter in a reasonable manner directly with the host/property manager via the VRBO messaging platform. We have now taken the next step and filed a formal complaint directly with VRBO.

Location was awesome! The place was a little out dated but was very clean. There wasn't any beach equipment, which was communicated, but only after reserving the place. We didn't have many towels. There is also almost nothing else provided, such as cleaning supplies, dishwasher detergent, etc. This was also communicated, but just thought it's worth noting. We had a blast and again location is perfect!

Property description accurately stated "Stunning Direct Oceanfront". Sitting on the 2nd floor balcony allowed us full enjoyment even when we were unable to physically walk on the beach. When we were able to do so, the ease and proximity of beach access was extremely helpful and appreciated. We enjoyed 3 SpaceX & ULA rocket launches from the balcony (especially nice at 4:30 am!). A couple of quirky aspects (zero food-related items such as salt/pepper to be found, and not enough paper products to last the week), but not enough to diminish the relaxation and pure enjoyment of our stay.

it was oceanview and access to the beach was awesome. We used the beach and the pool. Very well located. It is an older building so there were no ceiling fans. There was 1 fan on a stand, which we used. That worked.

Mini vacation

The condo has a great ocean view with a nice cool breeze at night. There is a clear view of the NASA launch pad from the back porch as well.This condo is located in a very convenient location. Grocery stores, restaurants, putt putt courses, shops, etc. all within a few miles or less. It’s an easy and very short walk through the dunes to the beach. The pool was very clean. The only complaint I have is that the unit could use a few more minor updates and TLC.

Good and had what we needed. Good space. Parking is horrible. Balconies are not private.

Small musty smell in the hallway. Parking was terrible. Constantly had to park on other side of complex. Oener only spots cannot be used but were available. Id say 3 stars all in all.

Awesome oceanfront view

Spent my birthday weekend with my family and it was a wonderful time. Condo offered plenty of space for 5 adults and an awesome view of the ocean. Property manager was friendly and attentive. Will definitely return.

A nice a simple place to relax

The location is great. We were able to watch a rocket launch at 11pm from the patio. The condo is clean and simple with minimalistic decor which is how I like it. Sometimes too much decor is a hassle with kids around

Diamond in the rough

We spent A LOT of money to stay in the condo we rented. It was not at all what the pictures show and very deceitful to say the least. I would not have anyone stay there until changes are made to not only the aesthetics but the overall cleanliness of the condo. The advertising is WAY OFF with respect to it being a RARE property. I could care less if it offers 3 bedrooms. We couldn't even use the first bathroom due to what looked like mold on the ceiling. Extremely disappointing and to know that a reputable company such as VRBO, you'd expect it to not only be better, but to be sanitary and with updated descriptors. The pictures are not what they are currently nor the description of the property listing. Please, please make sure you review the other concerns that people have made under these reviews. We travel a lot through Florida but will never look at another unit with this owner again. They know what they're doing and it's wrong. It's one thing to want a nice oceanfront property, this is not the one.

Stunning Views!

Stunning views and the location was great. Newer furniture than what was in pictures and was very comfortable. The price is inline with the quality of the condo. Beach was quiet during our stay and very relaxing.

Ladies annual Cocoa Beach Trip

Over all a good stay! First time in a 3 BR at this location! The pool area is nice but needs umbrellas! The condos dishwasher was broken, as was the toaster. The refrigerator needs a filter! But we enjoyed having our own beds! This was our third visit we would still stay again. Cocoa Beach has a lot to offer! The restaurants and shopping are great!

Great spot on the beach

The place is older but who cares? It’s clean and right on the beach, we had a blast, really enjoyed the stay. We stayed indoors because it was so hot out but the ocean water was cool and the pool was great.

Weekend getaway

Everything was overall pretty good. Bed in the 2nd bedroom was very uncomfortable and the place was a little beat up. Also never received an email with checkout instructions. We thought checkout was at 11 and not 10 but I was mistaken and we were about 15 min behind. To make matters worse, the housekeeper came in without knocking at 9:55 AM and had quite the attitude as if we could magically have our stuff out instantly after an innocent mistake. I was pretty happy overall, but wouldnt book this again after the rudeness of the housekeeping who sat right next to the door shooting us dirty looks as we hustled to remove our belongings.

Relaxing!

The property was nicely finished and we were able to enjoy and relax. Despite the fact that the air show we came to see was canceled. What a huge disappointment!! We enjoyed beach time and made the best of the time since there were no refunds!! Please have the master bathroom fan fixed! It’s so loud you can’t use it!!

Depends on your Priorities

If your priority is a great ocean view, fabulous beach access and a lovely patio then this is a great location for you. If you are looking for a place that’s comfortable and luxurious then this is probably not your place. The unit is quite old and dated. The flooring is new, but that’s about it. Bathrooms desperately need updating….showers are kind of gross. Clothes irons and hair dryers are very old. Previous reviews said it was very clean, but we found open food from previous guests in the cabinet, as well as toddler handprints on the sliding glass door and some sticky spots on the table. We only received 4 bath towels (in a unit meant for 6). The sign on the counter makes notes about a parking pass and garage remote, but we found neither. We tried to contact the property manager 3 different times but only made contact once. Things to know before you stay: - When you arrive and there are no parking spaces available, you will need to follow the signs to the grass lot behind the garages - There are no beach towels in the unit (except the 1 I bought and left for future guests but you may not find it) - They do note that the unit only has essentials, so for our 3 night stay we still needed to purchase things like coffee filters, salt & pepper and toilet paper that was more than single ply. We came to spend our time outside (pool was nice) and on the beach so it worked for us, but our impression was that this property is not updated until it has to be.
