Unit was very large and plenty of seating in living room and balcony. The unit was clean. The sun rises were also magnificent.Only issue we really have was the door code. It was 10 digit and that was way too much for the senior citizens.

The property itself was good. It’s the property manager that was not so good.

The property is in a great location, right on the beach with easy access. The units interior & exterior are well maintained. The property management company itself was very poor to work with. We requested a We requested an early check-in and could not get an answer as to whether or not the property had a Client in it or whether we would be able to get early access. They simply said they would let us know as soon as possible. When we arrived, the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty. We requested them to be refilled four times and they never were. There was confusion on our checkout date. I thought we were to be out on the 10th and they had us checking out on the ninth. When I realize my oversight, I immediately gathered our supplies to get out. I received a second phone call from Gal who yelled at me. I suppose she thought this would help me pack faster. I found it to be rather unprofessional and rude.

Best endorsement, Would stay again without hesitation.

This was second time staying in this same unit. Loved it and would recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful stay. Beach in front of condo is great. Soft sand, clean,and not packed. Condo owners provide a ton of stuff including beach umbrellas, chairs,and various beach toys. Air conditioner in unit works great. Everything was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Our family of 7 including 2 grandparents, Daughter and husband, a 3 year old and a 5 year old,and a 17 year old all had a wonderful vacation.

Excellent Experience

Everything listed is accurate! The view from the balcony is awesome, you are on the second floor so it's the dunes and the ocean. Condo was clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed the easy access to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Will stay here again.

Great location and condo !

Loved our morning walks on the beach ! Weather was great ... Condo was very spacious and had every thing we needed.. Living room could use some updating but other in that was perfect. Communication with property manager was easy with prompt responses.Thanks !

Very disappointing experience

Upon arrival to our condo we noticed that the key to access the pool/hottub and beach was missing. We contacted Vacasa right away; to which they replied that they would send someone at 9am the following morning with a key. We also mentioned that there were multiple areas of the condo that were never cleaned. Change and dirt behind and under couches, mold, sand and dirt in shower and bathtub, closet filled with sand, there was dust caked to the ceiling above the stove hanging right over our food being cooked. Extremely disappinting housekeeping service. We were told housekeeping would get in touch with us right away to come and clean everythjng up for us. In the 3 weeks that we were there we never heard from housekeeping once. Back to the key issue. We have 3 children that were on vacation with us, they wanted to enjoy the amenities that were promised in the information of the reservation. Vacasa never got in touch with us the following day, no one showed up to bring us the key. Vacasa gave us the run around for 5 straight days. We had NO access to the beach, the pool or hottub for 5 straight days on a family vacation with 3 kids. What an absolutely ridiculously disappointing stay. Vacasa was completly disrespectful, did not care about our needs and didnt care that we had no access for 5 days of our stay. Do not book with Vacasa they are a disgrace to the rental industry. We asked for compensation and all they offered was 80.00, which doesnt even cover one night. Just horrible

We got there at specified time. Opened the door and place hadnt been cleaned yet. Beds not mad, kitchen with stuff all over. We ended up standing in the parking lot waiting for 2 hours while housekeeping cleaned from 4-6 . Mold in queen bedroom and smells really musty. door and nothing had been cleaned. Beds still unmade

Wonderful stay

Great condo. Everything was as advertised. Great view. Everything you need was in the kitchen. Plenty of room to spread out. Plenty of shops and grocery stores nearby. Great location. Clean. The only down fall was there is only 1 key to get in to the pool or beach but we made it work. Would stay again

Perfect spring getaway!

Great place for a family. Lots of beach gear and towels. The unit is spacious and had all we needed. Comfy beds. Great views, convenient location. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

This condo is perfectly stocked and ready for a great stay on the beach! The pool is heated which was great since we had seasonally cooler weather but could enjoy the pool even at 64 degrees and cloudy! The beach access was great, not too crowded. We felt safe and were able to relax. We would stay here again, no doubt!

Girls Getaway

This condo has it all. I loved the view, beachfront and beautiful. They had so much amenities. They had five adult beach chairs, two kid’s chairs, two kid life jackets, umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, tennis rackets, shovels, dish soap, shampoo, lots of toilet paper, and more. The pool and hot tub were amazing. They even had a sauna in the community room. The only problem we had was everything at the condo was locked and we only had one key for several adults. The beach was locked so coming AND going required a key. We had to come back and forth to unlock the door for everyone. I don’t mind it locked, it was just difficult to plan and make sure everyone could get in and out of the places they wanted to. Definitely worth another trip to this condo.

Spacious!

There is plenty of space to spread out and the view (if you can look past the construction) was lovely. The only downsides were unclear check-in instructions and the single key to access the pool and the beach (which also requires the key on return.) Overall, great stay!

Large corner condo

Large corner patio but workers below all week and so not a nice view of rubbish and weeds. Also can’t see beach, but can see water. 2nd floor really not high enough. Condo looks clean and cute when first walk in but then we see where it needs good deep cleaning. Bed was comfortable, but carpet needs cleaned in the bedroom. Tried to run sweeper and beater bar didn’t spin. So very skeptical on how clean carpet really was. Trash can area dirty. Also lots of crumbs In silverware drawer. There was a coffee mark on counter by coffee maker. Bathroom was clean and towels were really good! In dining room the wall was all banged up from people pushing their chairs against the wall. Only my husband and I stayed there and we never used the dining room, but big table for a family. The couches are on wooden legs so can see underneath and it was dusty! Just time for some update and TLC
