The property was accurate based on layout and amenities. The room was clean and well maintained. The room was slightly outdated, but still served our needs. The vertical blinds were difficult to operate effectively by the patio doors, so we just left them open. The location in neighborhood was great. The pool and beach access were exactly as described.

We had a great time in Cocoa Beach. We have stayed at the Sandcastles prior to this visit. However, this condo was not well kept in the carpet was gross! No communication with the manager or the property manager. I called and left a message with no return calls.

Didn't know what to expect renting a condo. Was pleasantly surprised. Found a lot of items for the beach in the closet and games including cards and poker chips in the living area. The sandcastles property was great including the beach access and pool/hot tub. The TV had cable.

We had a great time staying at this unit. Very nice views in the kitchen had great amenities. Just be aware of the apartment complex once a month fire alarm. It went off for about an hour. :)

Was a great stay till the hurricanes came. Host was very accommodating and even refunded us the days we could not use. Kept constant text communication with us the whole time. Place is a great price and kid friendly. Would recommend

Everyone and everything was amazing!! Owners of the condos that we came across on our trip were so nice and helpful!! Beach was rt there!! Pool was clean and beautiful condo was clean and beautiful! Our family cant wait to come back!!

Condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. Our stay was very nice. My suggestion to the property is to add pickleball lines to the tennis court!

Apt v clean but carpets worn and some stains. One balcony looks on the car park and the other faces a building which is currently being demolished so quite noisy at times. However apt very spacious and really close to the beach. Pool excellent too. Two restaurants v close by - Denny’s and Gregories seafood and grill. Gregories excellent food.

We enjoyed the stay. We photos show the place is not sleek and modern so no need to state that but it was clean and roomy. I don't come to the beach to stay inside.

We enjoyed our stay and location was perfect. The condo itself was clean but needs some serious updating. The living room furniture and one seat in the master bedroom is shot and needs replacing. Don't let your grandma sit in one of the chairs in the living room because it will take two people to get her out. The showers were pitiful (water flow) and almost pitch black dark (no lighting). The hall bath sink is rusted out and needs replacing. We didn't even try to use the oven because it doesn't close. I called the number on the check in email about location of the key to beach access, but got no answer and no return call after leaving voice-mail.

We have stayed in several different units at Sandcastles over the years. This one was very clean, although it hasn’t been updated much, if at all, from the original. It was definitely as advertised: “self-catering.” This would actually be my only minor complaint. It would be much more vacation-like if we didn’t have to shop for dish and laundry soap, toilet paper, tissues, coffee filters, enough beach towels, salt & pepper, etc. Also, there was only one beach chair in the unit for 6 people staying there. However, they did supply an air mattress for our 15 y/o who wasn’t interested in sharing a bed with his parents or with the three 70+ year olds who were with us. Ha! All in all, it was a perfect week, and the good vastly outweighed the annoying.

Not as advertised: MUSTY SMELL, OLD BROKEN MUSTY SMELLING FURNITURE;inside & all balconies No balcony Oceanview unless straining neck from one balcony: UNABLE TO CONTACT PROP MGR due to incorrect phone number posted in unit UNTIL 2days before leaving! NOTHING WAS DONE TO RECTIFY ANY COMPLAINTS!

We enjoyed our stay in Unit 400 (corner unit) at the Sandcastles condo resort. It was very clean and spacious. Our only suggestion would be to replace the stove/oven (oven is almost unusable because it does not heat up properly and door does not close well) and add some additional necessary Kitchen supplies like more coffee mugs, aluminum foil, properly sized garbage bags, etc. But the pots, pans, dishes and utensils were in very good shape and the kitchen is large and spacious. The view to the beach is a little more distant and angled than we expected, but we knew it was not beachfront. This 4th floor Unit is far from the elevator but right next to the stairwell. The Sandcastle condo resort is a nice one and we would definitely recommend the complex. Thank you!
