Location was perfect. Having two master bedrooms was much better than playing rock, paper, scissors with your relatives over one master suite. Bedrooms on both floors was convenient for those unable to climb stairs. Wildlife were very used to friendly people.

We enjoyed our stay. Beach readily accessible and not very crowded. Nice grilling setup and patio seating. We ate in most days. Everything you need inthe kitchen. Highly recommend this property for family gathering.

This house was the PERFECT location for our daughter’s wedding!! The house was immaculate, all of the amenities you need and more! Beautifully furnished and decorated for a relaxing stay. Daren was great to work with and was available for anything we needed. Highly recommend!

This house has a beautiful and updated interior, and a perfect location right on the beach. The dunes give privacy, along with the mature landscaping on both sides of the backyard. The house is beautifully decorated with every amenity, and very comfortable beds.

Clean and spacious with all the amenities anyone could need for a beach stay. Six adults, 5 children 6 yrs to 18 mo. The outdoor dining space accommodated all 11 of us and was perfect when coming in from the beach for lunch and dinner. Beach access was right behind the house. The grassed back yard was beautiful and perfect for the kids play. The outdoor gas fire pit was very enjoyable. The house alarm gave us comfort with children sleeping in separate bedrooms from the adults. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and needs. We would rent this home again.

We had our wedding here, with a beach side ceremony and a reception up in the lawn. Daren was wonderful with accommodating us, helpful to answer any questions we had or things we needed, and very kind and flexible! We had a wonderful time, the guests loved the place and so did we!

I must say, this is probably the best overall beach house I've ever stayed in. Even though it was only my wife and I ; I would say it has everything, and more, to make a large family extremely happy! Beach toys, garage, gourmet kitchen, living room with fireplace, two full master suites; one on the first level which we stayed in and a second upstairs with a wonderful view from the large balcony. There are two additional bedrooms and a game room as well which would keep any younger visitors happy. Outside there's a large backyard, pergola with seating, grill and firepit...you just can't beat it. All on a quiet stretch of beach which saw very little traffic; at least on our visit. The host was also extremely welcoming with suggestions as well as responses to any questions we had during our stay. All said, we couldn't have been happier and will definitely return. I'd rate this home and host an A+.

This experience started the day the house was booked. The host answered all questions before the five month expected vacation. Went as far as getting items that he didn’t have at the house already for us. The web pics do not do justice to the view and backyard of this rental. Seeing the launches from Cape Kennedy from the back yard at night was spectacular. Meeting our host was wonderful. Gracious, accommodating, helpful; exceptional in all aspects. This is a house we will rent again. The best experience we ever had with a vacation rental.

This property exceeds all expectations. We stayed one night before our family cruise and we will never forget our time at the "Dream House." Sitting outside by the beautiful fire pit, listening to the waves, the moon was out , reflecting off the ocean and having wonderful conversations with one another...felt magical!!! Property is extraordinarily well equipped and clean!!!

This home is a wonderful place to stay no matter your age or reason for being in the area. The private backyard (overlooking the ocean) makes you feel like you are the only house on the beach! The home was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you need and more. The host was amazingly helpful and kind. Our family hopes to return again if in the area.

We had a short family stay and needed a peaceful place to relax with the kids. The House looked newly remodeled and fully stocked with everything you might need. Everything was very well designed and organized. Nice and secluded private patio with plenty of space for kids to play. Direct access to the beach. At the time of our visit beach was not too friendly ( big waves and cold ) but the kids enjoyed playing in the side. We enjoyed our stay and would love to be back.

I have stayed in a number of luxury short term rentals, and this is the nicest I've been in. The location is oceanfront on a nice and quiet section of Cocoa beach. Beach access right from the backyard. There is a beautiful backyard with Palms, fire pit, plenty of seating/lounge chairs, and a covered dining table as well. Inside there are 5 separate bedrooms, one of which is also a game room with fold out bed. Beach towels and chairs are provided. The kitchen is well stocked and beautifully designed, with all the essentials, spices, and a nice looking knife set (we didn't use as we didn't cook). All essentials are provided for your stay. The house is gorgeous and appears professionally designed and decorated with top notch furniture and finishes. The host was extremely gracious and responsive. We were in town for a family member memorial, and their kindness was much appreciated. Highly recommend this property and will likely stay again if we are in the area.
