"We booked this home for a night knowing that a possible blizzard was in the forecast and I'm very glad we did, and not just because we didn't have to drive 100 miles in a blizzard. The home was cozy, comfortable, and very clean. Our three-year-old loved the toys in the living room. Though we didn't utilize most of the kitchen and other amenities, it definitely has everything one would need for a longer stay. This home and the owners has us excited about planning a trip down in the summer time...

"We had a quick trip to visit my son and his family for a very late Christmas. (In March) This house was very large and spacious with so many family friendly things to do we never even left the property. Beautifully decorated and very well stocked. We will definitely stay here again."

"Need a central location for 11 of us to stay. 6 kids and 5 adults. This house was perfect. Plenty of area for everyone to just hang out, relax in different parts of the house. Kids loved having backyard. Hot tub wasn't working that is life things happen."

"The park/duck pond was directly across the street and we had an awesome view of the mountains. The home was nice and we especially enjoyed the dining room. The yard was beautiful with a nice set up for enjoying the outdoors as well. Great location for heading to dinner or the mountains. I accidentally left my coat behind and the host got right back to me, and I was able to go pick it up. Would definitely book here again."

"We love Florence and Canyon City so much we are building our own cabin up in the mountains to use and to rent on VRBO! We had a great time this week and the house was very clean and perfect for our family. We love all the great restaurants, the Royal Gorge, we went whitewater rafting, saw Bishops Castle, Pikes Peak, went Hiking, and much more!"

"Enjoyed this place very much. It's an old home with great character and had everything we needed for our stay. The fenced in yard was great and enjoyed by our pup. The heater worked but the thermostat has a learning curve. Neighbor was friendly and felt safe the entire time. Would stay again given the opportunity."

"We enjoyed the amenities, outdoor space was nice. Lights that provide security and ability to enjoy the outside space long after sundown, which is 5 o’clock lol. Pots and pans to cook , place was clean. My dog enjoyed and was able to be outside safely for short times unattended. Would recy!"

"We were excited to find a property that had a place for the dogs to go outside so we didn't have to leash them every time and we thought this place had that. However, when we let them outside we realized that not only was there multiple ways for them to get out of the yard (hole in the fence, giant opening under the building next door), but the yard was also just a full of mud. So, we had to do some good cleaning once letting them back in and did not let them out back again. We only took them...

"It was good. It was a little bit of pleasure along with Business. The pillows weren't that great and we really had a hard time figuring out how to use the microwave. Also, they do not have an oven when we travel we like to cook as much as we can, and wine glasses would be a plus if they had them, but other than that it was a very nice stay. It was very quaint and cute and a very nice view. "
