"We really enjoyed our stay at the Tickled Trout. All the staff were really friendly and attentive. Our room was lovely . It was really warm when we were there as it was in the middle of a heatwave. We took a fan with us although they did say there were some available. There was a small window in our room which looked out onto a fairly busy road so could be quite noisy if window was open. "The room was small but very comfortable especially the bed which was perfect for a relaxing sleep. Staff were amazing and I couldn’t fault their kindness and eagerness to help. It was very dog friendly but it would have been nice to have had something available in the room for my dog such as a water bowl etc but that is a minor point"
