"The room was clean and tidy but the plug socket for the kettle and t.v. was loose and not properly attached to the wall. Also, the two bedside wall lights didn't work at all and one was hanging from the wall showing the wire."

"Tired, dirty and cramped. Online check in pointless, you still have to join the massive queue. Half the 'attractions' of the hotel shut. No ironing board or iron in room, you have to pay DESPITE THIS BEING ADVERTISED AS COMING WITH THE ROOM. Bed was acceptable... A bit lumpy and some questionable hairs. Room was tired, drawers broken, window handle broken, bathroom was dirty and stunk of drains whenever you used the sink. Blood stains on the wall, suspicious stains on the chair at the end of...

"Perfect stay for the weekend, lovely view all the amenities you could possibly need, shame about the outside patio area certainly not like in the photos on line. Needs a good tidy up and clean. Other than that perfect stay. "

"Firstly i must praise Tristan on reception. Helpful, sorted a problem out for me instantly, and with a smile. Imperial is my favourite place, however i have to mention the public toilets downstairs were a real mess, and our evening meal was disappointing. Lets say not as described and vegetables missing. It will not deter me from returning but it did tarnish our stay a little. Every member of staff amazing apart from Chef."
